I had my worst experience, expats are sent back from the front door itself, not even asking the problem, my son visa is under process since 3 days no updates, all the documents are upload but no response, the customer care call center has not answering..Dear authorities please, some one is not doing there work.Kindly help people solve the issues they face.

ICA Smart Service or echannel needs to be improved. I just lost AED100 for the refund services as the VISA renewal got rejected due to 3 failed attempts of uploading a document - which is not the case as correct documents were already uploaded.No proper guidance from the call centers as well. Some fields are optional but actually mandatory. Not sure if proper UAT test were done before deploying this platform.I was excited to renew the visa online and by myself but this is a big disappointment.Better go to typing centers.

Your ICA smart services needs back up & fixing please hire a good IT guy who can send our OTP pin instantly!!!!I visited your offices they said call number & gave me peice of paper. They just dint bother,the security guy was like its closed go away. the person on the phone was also not helpful & kept saying that you have to select option 2 , how on earth r we gonna change the contact number on the emirates id if its wrong,You ICA website send OTP pin after 3 hours of wait !!! this is serious problem your website also has.Your offices are closed, your websites needs fixing & for small issues like changing mobile number we have to struggle so much....Absolutely dissapointing service

This supposed to be a customer happiness center but unfortunately I got out very sad and despondented.They didnt let me in just because the officer at the door saw that my problem wasnt important enough for him😔So I took a pcr test and took a taxi to get there so that someone at the door send me back home with my unsolved problem.Dont go there until you first call them I attach a photo for the phone numbers.⬇️

I dont know what wrong with Abu Dhabi immigration I went there two months ago to apply for fine reduction, I was asked to come with employment visa so I can have an approval faster for the reduction I applied there 3 time and no approval the Fourth time I was sent an SMS in my mobile and untill today no approval a friend of mine who applied in Dubai immediately same time he was given discount and his fines lifted me in Abu Dhabi here there have not approved my documents and the employment visa I brought there in the emigration its left only with 2 days and I keep going there since yesterday there are say emigration its close, Im really wondering if Dubai can approved fine deduction without any problem them why its Abu Dhabi government giving its resident hard time.if my documents its not approved by Thursday I will not have a hope of ever paying my fines

I visited 2 of these offices to renew my Emirates ID and both had the openings timings mentioned at 7:30 a.m. but when I visited their offices one of the guards verbally stated that it office opens 7:40 a.m. and other office verbally mentioned 8 a.m. as if theirs are the only offices in the UAE affected by the pandemic. Being a government entity they have no respect for their citizens and residents.

Went at the pick hours of the day during Ramadan. Pleasantly, it was very quick for stamping residence visa on passports. parking space & traffic control outside the office could be a cause of delay!!

Several very serious and disappointing issues with this place:1. Parking is a complete nightmare. It is astonishing to me that a government service building with thousands of visitors everyday for years and years on end has not addressed this issue or shown any signs that it is planning to. You have parking spots for around 100 cars but get more than a thousand visitors per day.2. Service is generally extremely slow. And almost every time you visit half the service kiosks are empty. So you end up in a queue of a hundred people only serviced by two kiosks.3. Amenities are ghastly. Theres a drinking water source but no disposable cups provided you are to drink from a publicly used glass!

Avoid at all cost, parking capacity is too low for the number of people trying to get their passports and documentation done. Understaffed alot of counters are empty for no reason at all which leads to really slow service which makes you wish you were never born.

Im being generous by giving one star. Nobody in that building knows anything. Sat for three hours to be told we were in the wrong place. We were swung around the building for another hour and a half to finally be put in a line where the teller had no clue what we were asking for. During that three hour, the teller for our counter took two breaks and answered two other people. I thought Canada had bad bureaucracy, this hits new low!

Very slow. Three counters are open out of 13. Number of people is big and people are not waiting for their turn! I prefer coming at the early morning at the opening time to be the first one. Otherwise there isnt any chance.

I always have a terrible experience at this place in nine years of living in this otherwise lovely country. The lack of organisation and blatant disregard for customer service is beyond belief. My experience of the staff has generally been that they each interpret the rules in their own way and make it difficult on purpose. I really hope this improves.

Here you have to come to apply for the resident visa/visit visa. The empost counter is within the building. the timings are upto 7 pm in evening. Laptops are not allowed in building, so better to keep them in office or cars. Usually 4-5 people are always working and queue can be anyway between 30 to 60 people at a time. The papers are verified before issuance of token numbers. Take all originals with you of the documents which you have attached as they ll be verified and your original ID also if you are the sponsor.

Some staff not approachable specially with non arabic people i just observed i came late afternoon they entertain local s but when its my turn he said closed then i go in other room because one lady ask me to look for one guy and when am trying to ask he said go to reception i just want only to enquire and he shouting and telling how many times i said go reception

Renewing resident visa for my maid was quite hectic and problematic. I took all required documents (100%) to typing office called tad-beer, I paid all fees and they submitted the application online. The application got rejected 6 times « for missing documents » although all documents were uploaded, nothing was missing. I called their call center and explained the case. They told me within 72h I will get a call back and they will solve it . I got a complaint number as well. What happened is that after less than 48 hours I got a message that the application is rejected because « too many attempts ». Now don’t know what to do. Shall I apply again and pay another 1500€? What if it get rejected again for same reason ?( which is no reason)? How can I get back my money?

I visited the administration in Abu Dhabi on 06/27/2021 at 12:15 to update the identity according to their request, and the result of the PCR examination was valid, but the auditors were crowded under the sun and the air temperature reached 45 degrees, in addition to the poor reception by the staff at the entrances to the administration And treat them rudely as if we are a herd that drives us without any respect or appreciation for our suffering.Where is the slogan (happiness of customers) that you take as a slogan only

I just want to renew the passport of a citizen ... The service is very slow ... It is difficult to find a parking spot ...
