Very bad expereince. More than one hour delvery

Popeyes branch located second floor, in food court amongst with other branded restaurants. food court too big , high number of tables.I had tried sand witch with coffee, it was too delicious.

Popeyes capital mall service level is not satisfied to customers, the way of communication need to be a standard and soft

Worst customer service here, it’s like they are giving food from their own pocket

The Most pathetic outlet of Popeyes, I have experienced it twice, but strongly disappointed both the times. Buns were not fresh, and I ordered Fiery Buffalo and they give Chicken Burger.Not Recommended.

I did asked resturant to make food . And they said they are busy. I said who order at delivery home. They are also your customer.... Theres a guy spoke bad ... Bad behavior of staff...

I enjoy the food, but they take way too much time to serve it, both delivery or dine in..

I dont suggest anyone to order from this restaurant or to order from thire website, worst customers service ever for refund the money from the website it takes 21 days.
