OMG!It was one of the worst. Invited Guest ordered very earlier for delivery with on line payment. Phoned around 12 times. Customer Service promises 10 minutes all the time.Guest left Hungry with Angry at Midnight. Lately the Foolish Call Center Agent offered a Free Sandwich as compensation. Our son visited the outlet to find out the fact. It was terrible. The delivery team was unable to handle the orders. They were delivered the items packed 3 to 4 hors before. It was against to law and ethics.One of the Favorite food handling with unprofessional team.If they cant handle. DONT Provide FALSE Promises. We have to treat our dearest Guests with other options.

1 star is even more than they deserve.Very bad experience with them. I waited for more than 1 hour to get my order, and the sauce and salads were missing and I got it in a horrible condition. I paid 48 AED to get a disgusting meal.Even the customer service was horrible.I received a call from the branch, the person who called me didnt even apologise and he had a very bad attitude.Thats gonna be my last time with KFC and Ill share this experience with pictures in all you social media channels.

Very bad experience in KFC MAKANI MALL WE ALWAYS ORDER TAKE AWAY AND THEY DIDN’T GIVE ALL OUR ORDERS, ITS 3 TIMES HAPPENING NOW, when we recieve our order there is no fries and sometimes no barbecue sauce and we pay it. Worse please to place an order from. 1.5 km from the restaurant and they took 1 hour 30 minutes to bring it. Then when we complained about the cold food, they said return the food and we will arrange new food and we would have to wait for similar time to get new hot food. Save ur time and order something else plz. KFC in general is the worse place to order from. No such thing as customer service. They are just cashing in on someones formula from decades ago.

KFC Makani Mall Abu Dhabi. They always seem to get the order wrong. I have been visiting this branch for a long time. Overall disappointing.
