The Firt time i buy broccoli it was amazing the lady assist me name novo was very good and excelent taste the one she reccomend me i like it too much that time i always buy bcause i realy like it the way she. do but today we try the smile buy one take one we just try but the other lady who do my pasta i feel shes not ok slow performance and i feel bad this time i dont know if shes only tired or what she dont even smile not good service this time and i always take away they put in the paper bag i dont know because of promotion or what its in the plastic like i buy somewhere 🥺

The worst delivery service ever, out of 10 or more orders for the past few months, i received what i ordered 2 times onlyThey use to deliver wrong order details and tonight was a very bad oneIt is unfair to rate them with one star, they should not get one.

Extremely poor service. I received the exact opposite of what I had ordered. Firstly they didnt have stock of what they had put on the menu (as sides of a combo meal), I still decided to go ahead with the full charge. Secondly, the vegetables I asked them not to put in my pasta were the only ones I found in it.Very bad communication and listening skills, the employee Glenn does not know what hes doing.I was previously a big fan of Broccoli Pizza & Pasta, but its not just the food that counts, its the service as well.You guys just lost a regular.

Normally we order for pasta for our dinner but first time I tried their breakfast its nice you will get full for that meal for the price of 16aed only.

The food is good but always while visit this branch they said i have to wait for more than 30minutes to take my order because they have alot of online order from TALABAT,DELIVERO ECT. They have to increase the staff to give the good services , always i cancel my order because of this reasonIts reasonable, sometimes one employee or sometimes two, and they have online orders and a hand, and when you go to them, they say, wait thirty to forty minutes so that we can start taking your order
