Don’t get me wrong, they are lovely bags, really nice bags. Customer service is a let down (not the guys in store fault). My bag started fraying in less than two weeks from purchase and when I took it back to the shop I am told I have to wait 10-20 days for a decision on what they will do. This is not the way to treat a customer - if something is defective, replace it, quick.
