When you spend at least AED 5000 for an item, you expect a certain kind of service/customer experience. The employees at this branch are clueless about the products, their sizes and prices. Some of the items on display are scratched and are in very poor condition. When I asked how a precious stone like lapis lazuli can have the appearance of scratched paint, they had no clue or answer. The price difference definitely does not make up for the generally poor experience. There’s no indication that this is an international high-end brand and I wouldn’t recommend it for anyone. Shame on them.
