Amazing shop in here good staff

Bought an item as a gift for my spouse and was assisted nicely by one of the female staff who told us to enter our details in their iPad while she packs away our item. However, one of the male staff was obviously in a hurry to get the iPad out of my hands so he can assist the other people in the shop who didnt even buy anything. Uhm, LV, why dont you have enough iPads for all your staff? See, you have good leather goods, but this wrestling over an iPad really ruined the experience. And also, train your staff to behave properly and hire more staff that are more culturally sensitive and can handle the small talks with clients well.

I accompany my friend today and the Russian or Ukrainian staff lady is ignoring her. Shes not helpful at all. I think because my friend is Filipina so she think she cant afford it.

Was great and service provided was excellent specially from Mr.Mohamed the Manager and Mr.Nozim Umaraliev.... very hospitable and well mannered. Highly recommended.....

Great store, much bigger than Marina MallEngraving service on certain items is available on weekdays straight away after purchase ,on weekend u might wait as the store gets super busy.Staff are truly professional, and represent the brand with pride. Staff can speak different languages

Very unsatisfying experience with the stores staff since I was completely ignored by them while they have been very polite and helpful with other customers standing right next to me. I am very upset, I did not expect this attitude in a Louis Vuitton store.

Wow.. I reached the shop and I am ignored. When I asked a question a sales agent tells me to wait 2 minutes for her colleague. The minutes become 15. At the shop there only me and another couple assisted by the same person that told me to wait. When the colleague arrives I finally ask her about the new perfume I saw advertised on LV Instagram page: the employee starts laughing at me (?) and tells me to go to Dubai... I did not perceived anything funny in my request to try a new perfume that just arrived on the market. I usually buy at LV but I must say that LV employees do their best to make me look somewhere else. I never felt welcome and it looks like employees prefer the shop empty instead of having customers to serve. Is LV aware about it?

Only for Luxurious purchases not for people who look to buy things at affordable prices. Staff is very nice and cooperative.

Their store deserves more than 5 stars because of their exceptional customer service! In all my years of experiencing different attitudes from LV staff from travelling different countries all over the world (Sydney, Manila, Singapore, Paris & Madrid), this store has one of the most amiable and best trained staff. Namely Reda, I am sorry if i misspelled your name. I didn’t buy anything but with only the purpose of hot stamping the key bell on my alma bb. Yet, Reda has given me quality service and has treated me the same as if I’m buying an LV crocodile leather bag. If you want to encounter luxury experience from Louis Vuitton here in Abu Dhabi, you should definitely come to this store. I would definitely come back next time I visit Abu Dhabi again. PS, in regards to the previous reviews that their staff doesn’t greet or give off the feeling of being welcomed, that never happened to me and my uncle when we visited. Everyone was smiling and being professional. I never felt the famed “cattiness” that we all read or watch about luxury designer staff.

Sales persons dont know how to respond to customers

Very good

Poor customer service. Waited for over 20 minutes and did not get any assistance so we left. I dont understand how you think it is acceptable to keep customers waiting so long and there were people waiting that were there before us.... insane. Sort it out Louis Vuitton, you just lost a loyal customer at this branch!

Salesman and Woman will not approach you if you look like an average person. They didnt even bother to greet you. NOT Professional!

The service in Louis is always exceptional, as is the service provided in the Middle East so its no surprise that this store is just as good. The staff are friendly and very knowledgeable of their product and industry and the place is immaculate.

I was looking for someone to help me for 10 minutes to ask for price in the shoes section but no one there and when I asked one he just told me every busy. Dec 13, 2020 4:20pm
