I had the most wonderful service today @ Hermès. I stopped by enroute to London this morning and the sales assistant could not have been more helpful. She went out of her way to assist me and was so incredibly kind.

No one is there to assist youEveryone is talking instead of helping the people to chooseThe problem is that the place is relatively not crowded like a weekend 👎🏼Bad costumer service

Staff is very pushy. Good vartiety of leather good but expensive.

Nice cosy shop but pricing better in Paris with VAT

Sale assistant (two Chinese girls) at Abu Dhabi airport were pushing so hard to sell that make clients feels uncomfortable become rude even, few weeks later my husband were there ( Hermers store in Abu Dhabi airport )and exactly same thing happened to him. Please retraining them surely it wouldnt do any good to your business. from World traveller.

The prices and goods are amazing and without taxes
