Receptionists needs to improve their value and customer care.1. I went for nail cleaning. (Manicure, Pedicure and Footspa) I informed the nail tech if receptionist can call a taxi for me because I have a sprained ankle (they said yes, it is possible). Upon heading to the reception, receptionist told to her colleague that “NO, SHE HAS TO STAND OUTSIDE AND CALL A TAXI ON HER OWN”. So rude and How could you even say that to your client! She didn’t knew I was there and they left speechless seeing me standing in front of them. After being rude they didn’t even apologized or explain that they cannot.2. Price. Before I went I asked the receptionist how much it will cost me for the 3 services. She told me 100aed for cleaning only as it is package. Upon paying, she ask for 150 aed and didn’t even hand me the receipt. I was left surprise. Aside on what I’ve heard that made me upset, the amount was also shocking. I just paid and left.The 2 nail tech made the job well done, the place is so cozy and comfortable. However, the attitude, the manners won’t make me come back.
