Not professional at all! Very low service! I made manicure pedicure just before yesterday (in photo). They put only one layer of nail polish. They didn’t put my hands in water before cleaning. Very disappointed! I don’t recommend.

Indeed, they have the best facials! The products they used I research are top of the line. The treatment i had is the microdermabrasion, my skin got renewed. Love it! Will go back here next month for my appointment.

I like to come to the spa to do eyebrows regulary. Tried eyelashes, mani/pedi and massage as well. Was all good. The ladies are all friendly and make you feel comfortable.

First calling to make appointment only given me such kind of bad impression for this spa, i asked about tummy bleaching but they even do not know what treatment it is. the call has been transfer to other lady but again after i asked about this more, the phone just back to the first lady and simply said will call you later. this is sounds like i am gonna waste they are time by asking the services. i going to cancel my booking.

I always go there for my eyelash extensions. Nolita is excellent at what she does, I’ve had no issues or complaints and will highly recommend. Nice staffs and clean environment.

Too bad experience. Staff, especially the call attendant; is disappointing. Whatever time I propsed she was not fitting me in, either morning or noon or afternoon. She keeps calling and changes my schedule for unacceptable reasons! I want to start with a specific service she gives me another one... why!!!??? Eventually when I apologized for not coming she simply said OK without even trying to be helpful. What kind of courtesy and hospitality is this??Again... Too disappointing. I am entitled for 1 service for free but will not go due to such disappointing and devastating experience.

A very bad moroccan bath. And price is not including your hair wash. I went there with my entertainer voucher. I called reception, so I knew how much is it... But when I was in the room she said ,you need to buy a washcloth... the girl doesn’t know how to wash. In the end she said you need to pay more for hair wash. So after steam, with my dirty hair I went home. Of course I didn’t want to use my voucher (even its giving me chance to go second time for free)

The Spa is fantastic. My nails looked amazing! Karen was lovely and very friendly .I will definitely come back.

Very nice and clean salon. Always very friendly. I have been here 4 times and I always come back. I recommend them to many of my friends.

The staff was beyond friendly & the atmosphere calm and relaxed.But my nails have air bubbles- will have to go back and see what can be done.
