I did my root canal lately with Dr.Nehal, Ive always had that dentist fear but with her it the whole process was very smooth and painless. She always says I will not touch you if you are in pain.She completely acknowledged me about what she will do and what she is doing through out the process... she made X-rays and simply explained to me the components of my tooth, long and short term actions and everything.I am super happy with the overall experience.Thank you

I regret big time choosing this clinic. I would recommend everyone to avoid it. Whoever is doing Invisalign there - please be careful as they lied to me and they didnt pay my money to Invisalign (and that after 3 years! and after they told me that my treatment has finished - while it hasnt). So I was doing braces there with Dr m Ruweini since Feb 2018, and they said transfer to another Dr. is not possible (when i wanted to move to new country) so I was forced to stay here, they also said when covid started Invisalign dont ship to UAE and therefore I wasnt provided more Invisalign. This was also a lie. Dr Ruweini also said that we cant stop the treatment in the middle to take new impressions, if is not going in a desired way - this is also not true. So it became super long and unsuccessful process.. Management - Miss Miriam, did not help either, she was just misleading and did nothing to help, in the end putting hands off from the arisen problem. Unfortunately after 3 years - my smile became significantly off center and asymetrical - which was not in the beginning (if there is an option to upload pictures I would do so. The past year since March 2020 I saw my Dr. only ONCE (October 20), Dr. told me Ill need another 4-6months to finish treatment. While clinic was promising every month that the next one Dr. will come - did not happen. Their customers service I would say is very bad even if they would be providing it for free, but to a person who left there 20.000 you would expect a different approach. I had to keep on calling them - no one ever called back as they promised, constantly excusing only why they did not. I had to be chasing them. No other specialist nor solution was provided to me. So after 9 months of waiting I decided to look for a new orthodontist which told me that I could do a transfer (this is when I found out that Delma medical center was lying to me in many aspects). Dr Ruweini kept saying dont worry trust me on all my questions, unfortunately I just kept waiting and in the end when I mentioned all this to Delma and wanted a solution and to correct mistakes done within my treatment and after waiting 9 months for doctor Ruweini - the manager Miriam told me that my treatment has finished and Dr is working with me only out of courtesy - however Dr. told me I need 4-6monts to finish treatment. So who was right? Manager or doctor itself? Cherry on the top is that while making a transfer to new orthodontist I found out they own big amount of my money to Invisalign. So he made my smile worse, let me wait for it 3 years, asked for money which they didnt even pay to Invisalign. make your own opinion, for me they are not transparent, making up their own rules, not saying the truth, misleading and unhelpful.

OH MY GOD ! Just took off my braces and to be honest, i didnt expect that fast results , I was always complaining about how my teeth look like, but from now on , I cant stop smiling... hell world ready to a smiling face everyday . The thing that drove me crazy , is that I received a free scaling ad polishing service as a welcome gift from the center because I was a new patient . GUYS YOU ARE AWESOME .... :)

I want to share my experience with this clinic , i have visited there for the lip filler procedure , i had done 4 sessions going and coming going and comingevery time i come they do filler and they give me another appointment to come back after some days , on my last appointment i had discovered that the filler which the doctor was putting for me is expired , then when i told him that i will call the police he told me that dont call them i will bring new filler and put for you and plus to that we will give you your money back ,the doctors name is samir aboul nasr , he is specialist of dermatology and venerology , and putting lip filler is out of his profession , but they still let him put for me and i didnt know .after discussions and arguments with the manager that has absolutely no costumer service skills and dont know how to speak to patients , she was denigrating denying everything and saying that its not true , although i had the proof because i took photo of the filler with the expiry date mentionedi suggest no one to go there because all they care about is to take money but their products and service are so low and fake

I visited the center last April for dental check up. However, I had a very disappointing experience with the male receptionist. I was extremely unhappy with his rudeness and arrogance. Very poor customer service. I will never go back to this clinic.

When I visited it for the first time, a year at the opening of the center, it was the best laser center, and the laser session was booked for a year that could be used, and their style was classy and good treatment.........Amaaaaa. Now, in the year 2021, zero 😡 in dealing with patients and laser users, and the laser package will be booked. The laser package will disappear from you if you use it before a specific date.... And the style of the reception counter is zero zero 😡😡😡😡
