I would like to commend Milca, Margarette, Agnes and Zora in Women’s Clinic. They are very accommodating, helpful and have bright smiles always. I hope that most staff especially in front desk are as hospitable as them. Two thumbs up girls.. keep it up 😊

Undoubtedly the best both for women and children. Pediatricians spend quality time with child which gives a personal touch and makes the kid comfortable with the physician. Amazing hospital and amazing staff especially Dr. Mohammad Ibrahim, he is very knowledgeable and ready to answer all our questions “which are a lot, as I have 2 children...”, in my last visit my online booking was not showing in their system, however he still accepted us as walk-in even though he finished his shift. He also gave us his number to contact him in case of any emergency especially that I was travelling the next day with my kids outside the country. I must also highlight the professional approach of “Ghada” as she constantly goes out of her way to assist us every time we visit the pediatric clinic, she addresses the kids by name and her smile and reassuring approach comfort the kids and me as a parent as well.

Sherry was very friendly at the covid center and the gentleman that was managing the waiting room (for Dr Sari Zarour) was the most efficient person Ive met since coming to Abu Dhabi 12 months ago!

I have had a wonderful experience at Danat. When I first walked in the wonderful Sherry greets me and takes my info. Also Dr. Georgeta is my doctor for all my prenatal visits, she is simply amazing. I love how I can easily communicate with her and how she always gives me a since of everything will be okay. The hospital is clean and organized. Also making an appointment online is really easy and you can easily reschedule.

I have visited the hospital and in my opinion they have one of the cleanest hospital. I have performed MRI and the lab physician Amal was very kind and helpful. I highly recommend this place

One of the best care provider we’ve experienced in Abu Dhabi… the pediatric department is managed by the best.We came in contact with Ghada, the patient services manager their and she was astonishing, her care is an absolute delight. Really she eased the stress away and showed really how the care provider should be.we’re truly pleased with her and with her department in general!

If you have a child with a mild fever don’t bring him here. They will treat him like a high risk patient and will let you walk all the way to the pop up covid tent next to the ER where the swabs are taken and which is full with potential covid postive patients. The tent has several AC blasting freezing air which may make your child sicker than he already is.Going to the appointment in the pediatric clinic, being forwarded all the way to the ER to see the actual pediatrician and then waiting almost hours in the covid tent just to get a child with a mild fever and runny nose is beyond ridiculous (you feel like walking forever just to reach somewhere). And on top of this you realize how the communication between staff and staff to patient is almost non existent.

I visited there I few days ago with my mother in low for an MRI and I really like the way your staff treated us specifically the lady were there in the reception I think her name i malaika she was very nice and helpful she assisted us with a warm smile also as well the MRI technician was very nice 👍 keep it up and thank you

Rasha at Ultra Sound section is sooooo polite, helpful, patient, she answer the phone in a very professional way and she call back to confirm your appointment. She is very pleasant when she meets people and very quick ..❤️I really like her … very nice lady … ❤️

I tried many times to contact the clinic of Dr. Aseel to get my wifes prescription and test results and no one picks up the phone.Being frustrated I drive all the way to the hospital to be able to fetch information I should easily get on the phone.I was greeted by Mrs. Rasha who was very helpful and welcoming and managed to provide the information I required swiftly and professionally.Thank you Mrs. Rasha, I appreciate your support.

Great experience with doctors, nurses and facilities but horrible situation in the pharmacy! I had to wait 1 hour to get vitamins even though I saw approval on my insurance app long before. It is unacceptable to wait for your medicine more than the time you need to finish with doctors consultation!!!

Care is average, emergency care was the worst, administration is very bad. My sister was hospitalised for 3 nights and didnt get sleep because of being woken up for unnecesaary things. I.e. woken up by restaurant at 5AM to ask what she wanted for breakfast. Complained in the morning about no hot water and bad smells in the bathroom, they decided to fix it from 11:00pm-12:00am banging and making loud noise. We complained and they never stopped, then they woke us up again at 12:30am to check the bathroom again.

I had an excellent experience which I cant rate it less than 10 out 10. My experience was with Gastroenterology Clinic and especially with Dr. Xavier who demonstrated professional treatment while maintaining highest customer experience. I highly recommend the Hospital.

Ghada… no nice words about her. The most useless and rude person ever. Very unhelpful and disrespectful. I’ve never had a bad experience in this hospital until I encountered her, horrible and vile person. If I ever visit again, I will make sure to stay away from her and never deal with her. Hospital should take a look into her attitude and actions towards people, as she picks and chooses which patient she will be nice to and give them special treatment even allowing them not to follow policy, then she will treat the others with such disrespect. Very poor management.The 1 star rating is for her, otherwise the hospital and doctors themselves would be rated 4.

Companion is only allowed with the patient if he/she has negative COVID test result within 24 hours. Not very easy to get tested before every visit.But this is not a requirement for the patient. My wife is living with me. She isn’t vaccinated but I am vaccinated . How am I more dangerous but my wife isn’t? This requirement doesn’t make sense to me.Wondering what will happen if she delivers there and I’ll find it difficult to see the baby and the mother.I won’t recommend this hospital if it has such rules.

Very bad in appointments, 7th time and i have to wait 1 hour or more to get to my appointment.Don’t recommend especially for pregnant women.

Unfortunately I have to put so low mark as I’ve been trying to make an appointment for 1 blood test for almost a week. I keep messaging, calling. First, it’s not easy at all to reach someone in there by phone, awaiting for around 10 minutes. Then finally someone’s picking up my call, I’m explaining my question from the beginning again, then they promise to call me back. No one calls back. And I have to call again😢

The worst nurses ever . I did c section no body took care of me literally. The nurses came and goes with no assistance and it was my first baby . Run run dont ever have baby there. They will simply ignore you . They took my baby for shower after me insisting and calling 100 of times on he 2nd day . No assistance to to toilet or whatever. For c section you suppose to stay in the hospital 5 days . No for them because they have many people to take of . One nurse of 5 rooms . Nurses staying in the room watching their phone. People are ringing and they dont care they just dont come to you

I had the best possible experience thanks to GHADA, paediatrics manager. From the moment we got in to the moment we left. Caring and always ready to help! Very thankful to have had her on my way!

I had a very negative birth experience at this hospital. It seems they have way too many patients to the amount of dr’s. I ended up having an c section due to a wrong diagnosis. Shame on you Dr Ifran for caring so little for your patients. She didnt even have the decency to check on me until I was about to leave the hospital. Did not tell me how to properly care for my body after going home. Thank god for google. Did not apologize for forcing me to have a c section when my baby was born perfectly healthy and could have waited to be born naturally. She barely looked after me during 30+ hours of induced labor only acted as if I was inconveniencing her. Only came in my room for about 2 minutes. The entire staff in the operating room was completely inappropriate. Maybe you should all remember that it is a human being on that operating table. Scared for herself and her baby. Instead of just chatting amongst yourselves flirting with each other, maybe you should remember to act with respect and kindnesses and sympathy. I did have a few kind nurses but that will never make up for the 10+ staff members who treated me less than human. Please look elsewhere to have your babies. No woman deserves toGo through what I experienced.

I had the most positive experience with the gastroenterology department. Dr Xavier is down to Earth, pragmatic and kind. Fromstart to finish, I was treated with care and kindness. The service was punctual and first class. I left my colonoscopy feeling exactly as I had when I arrived. There was no stress or discomfort. I highly recommend this team. The children clinic is nicely designed and offers lots of good services. We had excellent experience with Dr. Federica. Also, Ghada the clinic supervisor was very helpful and ensured that all our appointments were fulfilled smoothly and on time.

I dont think there is worse. No respect to appointments. Bathrooms are dirty. Old equipments. They’ll make you hate your pregnancy experience just by attending your follow ups.

The hospital refused to admit my wife because she cannot bring her 2 months infant with her. Should I take the infant with me to work? Or leave the infant with a house maid who never raised a baby? If they dont care about what happens to my baby outside the hospital I do not entrust them my family inside the hospital. They need to be more mature and relax their exaggerated rules. I dont get it. My baby will bring infection to the hospital for example and his mother will not? I do not see any logic behind it.

We gave birth two our twins at Danat El Emarat in 2018 and were so very happy and impressed with every aspect.Recently we needed birth certificates and were helped by an amazing lady named Hana. She helped us even though we were outside the country. Very kind and service oriented.

Our story started with unpleasant experience three years ago in the Womens Clinic during my pregnancy and she was the one who turned it to an amazing experience when we came to the Pediatric Clinic for a first check up with our newborn with her professional assistance, care, patience & kindness...I believe most of you who are visiting the Pediatric Clinic know her very well & share with me the same great experience. She is like an angel helping all the families and taking care of all the kids like they are her kids!! We are calling her even during weekend, always she is answering and responding to our needs.
