The covid screening process was fast and efficient, and the staff were friendly especially Huda, as she was very professional and kind.

The experience overall was really good, the staff were very friendly and professional especially Reham. Would recommend the center for other customers.

My husband had an appoinment with his cardiologist last Saturday 18 Sept 2021 at 10:30am. We were at the clinic at 10:20 am and hand over his Emirates ID to the receptionist and proceeded to the waiitng area. 1 hour had lapsed and we were never been called yet and we have approach someone from the clinic to follow up and we learned that the receptionist missed to register my husband so we were waiting for an hour without knowing that we have not been checked in the system. We double checked from the nurse assistant of his cardiologist the checked in timing and she confirmed that they only checked him in at 11:36pm after we followed up. This affects our other appointmeng for the day being in the hospital. Our waiting time is way longer than the consultation time.

Dr Hala is very kind and helpful. My appointments have always been on time. The reception staff are also friendly and helpful. Wonderful service, very happy with everything 😊

It’s been a nice experience for me and for my mom which is usual and which was not our first appointment there. Special thanks to Ms. Sara who took care of us starting from the reception ending to the outdoor. A great hospital with a unique hospitality and polite medical staff, happy that my mom is taken care of of in such a hospital.

First time coming to this hospital and had a great experience. Staff were friendly and nice. The doctors i visited are really welcoming and as a patient i felt extremely comfortable ( which is something that never happens as i visit a lot of doctors ). You even forget that you are in a doctor’s office. Shout out to Dr. Hala and Dr. Faten !

In my Opinion if a Dr. is given a senior position of a Medical Director which consist of loads of paper/desk work then he should stop taking patients as his main focus is then diverted from patient care to hospital care. He then forgets the oath that a doctor takes when getting his degree of patients well beingness. The example of which I witnessed yesterday with Dr Mohammed Al Khatib. I am sure he is well known, qualified and way more experience Doctor but with the responsibilities of Medical Director, his prime focus was to sit in the office till 5PM and complete the desk reports that was due with a time deadlines instead of attending patients in need of a doctor. and just because my self & my wife walked in to his office he was being so rude and forgot that he is talking to the patient who is desperate need of attentions and wanted us to give him (me time) so that he can submit his reports that was due at 5PM.There was lots that happened yesterday but by saying this I don’t mean that every doctor in Healthplus is the same, on the contrary we do regularly visit other doctors in the same facility and they are well above the standards. May be it was a bad for us to walk in to the office of Dr. Al-Khatib or rather I say the Medical Director’s room but he was really very rude.Note: 4 Star raiting is for the Hospital and all other Medical staff.RegardsMohammad Muneer

I see different doctors and they are good, but the manager their who is a lady just met her last week to address an issue and suggest a point, she was arrogant and never smile, like she owns the center.we are patients need to be respected and met with a smile or a ghost of smile a something that did not see from your manager in the center. Dr. Mohammed Alkhateb is the worst docror ever . After a mouth of examination, me and my friend ran out of medicine, we are diabetes type .. its a dangerous disease and must be treated, this shame of a doctor refused to continue our treatment becouse he didnt feel like it ,refused to even speak to us. And asked us to continue our treatment else where. What kind if doctor that refused to treat his patient, i advice everyone to never see this doctor, and i beg the administration to punish him or fired him if they want other people to choose this clinic.

Today I went to endocrinology section in this hospital. I thought medical checkup would delay and take couple of days and would visit hear again and again for a long time like a busy rabbit and mouse. But my expectation was totally wrong. The process of thus hospital was perfect and Wonderful than i expected hospital. Receptionist and nurse were very kind and fast like quick service for me. Benbaraka doctor of endocrinologist was sooo cool. I never experienced this wonderful hospitality in UAE. They knew all what patient want and expect. This is a good role model what other hospital should learn. They may be trained well. The system might be organized perfectly. A patient really want to receive this kind of hospitality. The nurse and doctor said the time when you check your report whatever i asked. Great!!, great!!!!! i will recommand this hospital. The hospital design is similiar to our house. We feel free to stay there like our home.
