Amazing one for purchase the perfume and ready towards

My husband bought me a bag from D&G in TRYANO and when I opened it I noticed a mark in the leather and I directly reported it to Laila in the WhatsApp and she did not do anything. She told me to take it to the shop. We went to the shop twice and they did not do anything because they are waiting for the management. After waiting for more than 3 months they called me to say that they cannot do anything and I have to fix it on my own!! Worst services ever. Advice: never buy from them and go to the original shop directly. Very disappointed with the low quality and I will never buy anything from them again!

Terrible service. I ordered online La Mer products, before to place order I checked with Customer service approximate delivery time, as per call center should take up to 2 working days (Abu Dhabi, Al Reem Island). Unfortunately, up to now i didt get my order, customer service work terrible. No more orders with Tryano.

The worst online service i have seen, unprofessional management and staff operator need more training about customer service, They have the worst delivery/return system, my order after return still pending almost 1 month. You need to do daily followup and till now NO RESPOND .with my disappointment !Order N* 14213

The place is wide and organized but most of the brands Ive never heard about them.

If you want to order from Europe, its not worth it at all.I ordered for 178 euros and package went to customs and I have to pay an extra 86 euros.I knew I would have to pay the customs but I did not expect this amount...First time and last time for me.

Staff are very polite, accommodating, and helpful. The store, inside Yas Mall, is very big occupying a large portion of the mall. The store is very nice outside and neatly organized inside.
