I was in M&S today morning. I love the quality of your product and smooth ,quick service. Specially the Ethiopian sales lady name Haimi was very friendly and eager to help me with anything that I need.she was very warm and active.Her attention to detail, great communication skill,and ready smile made my shopping experience amazing.Highly recommended.

Nice and cozy place for shopping it’s very quiet usually and is not a rushy place at all..one can do shopping here in a very relaxed environment..there are some other good brands also here for formal wear other then Marks & Spencer’s and a vide range of cosmetics of all top brands is also available in a beauty shop..an abaya shop and bakery is also located in the mall...a floral shop is also present in the middle of the mall..I live in the same building it has four towers in it with two openings on the front and two at back..nice building with good cozy flats

This review is purely for the food/grocery section:I love visiting this M&S as it is a stand-alone store and parking is usually easy to get (we visit on weekends) and the store has a good wide variety of fresh and frozen items.

If you want to check out an M&S outlet with comfort - thats the place for you! Very clean and staff are accommodating unlike the Yas Mall branch. However, that branch is bigger and has some items i dont find here. But for essentials ans groceries and quick gifts its defo the spot you should pass by. If your into Salted Caramel like me, you must try this succulent tea cakes! Sent from Heaven ❤

Trousers are the best in the market especially for women. Rest of stuff is either very bland and recently of low quality. Designs of tops are very mundane.

Nice and big M&S with helpful staff and the good ol products that someone expects from this retailer. Generally expensive, gets more affordable during sales period. The quality is good as always and the design classic. Has some interesting home stuff as well.

Marks and Spencer is the place to go if you want to buy good quality stuff that is not too expensive. It is also the place to buy warm clothing if you have to visit a cold place from Abu Dhabi.

It is smaller than I expected. The M&S board outside the mall give me impression that the whole mall belongs to M&S.I find the choices are limited compared to other M&S in the mall which give more varieties of options.
