The meatballs and mashed potatoes were great. The Daim dessert had a different kick on its own. The staff were very friendly as well. And yeah they have some good furniture as well.

I am sure nothing much to explain about IKEA. For me the main thing here is the experience. Walking through the setups are very nice. Their food court also is very nice and very reasonable price. Overall a nice place for shopping. Come expecting to spend atleast 2 hours. The only issue is the way to the parking which can be confusing as you might have to go through the mall parking.

One of my favorite place to buy a furniture and decoration for my home. Its prices are affordable. What I like more about my shopping experience that at the end you can treat yourself with a tasty Shawarma or creamy milky ice cream, or other sweet cakes and pastries which are very cheap. Also, there is a resturant in the second floor that lets you fuel you battery after having shopping for long hours.

The store is nice but the playground for kids is not nice at all.The staff are not friendly and the kids only can paint inside. So we decide to leave and go to ACE.

I also enjoy going to their restaurant, as they have a very good variety of food and the prices are well priced. It is mandatory that you get a AED 1 ice cream when you leave. It is incredible.

Its ok, its IKEA. The problem is they dont have the full amount of things in a range, they prefer to have more ranges of things but only partial. So you want a set of matching towels but they wont have say the hand towel. Or you want matching crockery but they dont stock the bowls.

We used to really enjoy the experience, especially the restaurant. However, it has become very unsatisfying. The variety is weak and the food is cold and dry. The worst part was the bugs that popped out of the soda machine! Very disappointed.I still like the furniture, so we will change to online shopping!

Customer service is horrible. They say they’ll call a day ahead before delivery but never do, and show up unexpectedly. There was a MONTH delay on delivery. Broke three items while assembling, and left before anyone could see. They never finish what they start, then say you have to book another appointment, which could take weeks. Crews that do end up coming do not follow the proper measurements and dimensions on planning sheets. Responses are extremely slow.Giving them one star is too generous.

So i just had food here, the Salmon was very good, so was the dessert, they also have good coffee. It’s a very nice average cost restaurant.However there was a lot of furniture? I tried sitting in one of the rooms and they didn’t let me have my food there? They said its not an actual dining room? It was weird but i would still come again

Has everything you need and more furniture wise. The pricing is a little more than what you would expect. You can find good quality products for a fraction of the price if you know where to look. The food court is pleasant and well priced, however still yet to have a hot dish!

Very disappointed with the resturant , Ikea resturant is very famous among all the people , when i come to enjoy my time with family and ( Spend Money ) not free give away , and i found very unprofessional answers from the in-charge and very bad quality of food , here the time you need to look for what are you doing guys , never ever will eat here again , you spoil your whole image about your resturant, not only me i found so many people with the same complaint and same bad experience.

Its vast in area and thus walking and watching all the kitchens and rooms they have set for viewing is extremly amazing and impressive. They have set several displays of a perfect dream home,living rooms, bedroom,kitchen and so on.. The price range is from low to high so everyone can afford.On the negative side,they could improve customer service ,since if we choose a dining table and chairs,they want us to pick that up from the shelves mentioned,it would be helpful if they help customers in that. And even though home delivery is free,they charge a bit high for assebling the items (aed 110 ).Have vast parking space,so no worries about that.And there is a food counter just inside the building after the billing section.

I always use to go to ASIS (display piece or repaired items) section 1st before visiting the stores as sometimes you may find your needs there at cheaper price which is located right before to service area. If you have clear idea on your requirement; you can design and customize your product with help of the specialist available there. Of course, customized products are bit expensive; but its worth!.My recommendation is to understand the complete installation method from the technician while coming for the installation and to make note of each product as it will be useful for you while you are mobilizing your item or if it gets damage. Great thing is as the product is completely made with plug and play type fittings and materials; you may not need to change the items often; damages can be rectified by replacing that part only.

Restaurant review.Food used to be reasonably priced & tasty at IKEA. It seems to have changed. We had roast chicken, which was dry & been sitting out clearly for a while. Potatoes were cold, green beans undercooked & cold. Gravy, tasteless & luke warm.Our daughter had the meatballs which were cold & hard, like rocks. The wooden cutlery couldnt cut through them. Pretty awful experience. Wont bother eating there again. Prices also seem to have gone up.
