As of sep 2021, it is undergoing minor renovation. However, it is one of the best places to buy groceries. However, indians may not be impressed as some of their items will not be available. Also, the electronic section is less inviting!

This is our favorite COOP manly because of its location. It is conviniently located in abu dhabi mall which is near to our home. It has a wide range of products, everything everykne needs in day to day life and special occasions at competetive prices. There is always some offers going on in here which gives customers another benefit. We usually like to go for grocery shopping in the evenings here. The staff here are also polite and helpful and are always ready to resolve your confusions and answer your queries. 👍👍

Wonderful place to shop ! Since it is in Abu Dhabi Mall, parking is no issue at all. Very Open space and lots or variety in every product.Lots of sales and offers as well. Staff is courteous, guiding, gracious and really helpful. Hayak Card is a good tool to use for saving as well. Safe place and one can easily take children along as well.Supporting Staff helps to take out the grocery bought to the car as well which is really helpful. Prices are economical and if one shops smartly here, extremely cheap as well without any compromise in quality.A must recommend from my side 👍🏻

As an optional hypermarket you can find it in Abu Dhabi mall, Needs more update with more quality item as and customer handling at the same time the lighting is too dark need to be install more lights.

Co-op ADMall used to be a great place for shopping, with a large variety of produce and more than resonable prices. Lately, the surface area of the shop had been greatly reduced and there is some constant work in progress, adding noise and less comfort. The place is more crowded with shelves and it is harder to find what you want.

If you are planning to buy groceries for the whole week then you are at the right place. It has kids playzone, a big food court and coop market where you can shop largely. There should be more vegetarian food in the food court.All in all nice place to visit in the evening..

The store has lot to offer and is really a place to go to when it comes to promotions. Unfortunately, I am not happy with their services: the cashier who assisted me was rude; their system is slow that it takes time when it comes to payment (not only in this branch) thus their staff dont like to help you with hayyak rewards. Merchandiser and baggers are friendly and accommodating though.

Has seen lot of improvements since last few years. Prices are very affordable. I feel less that every other place. Clean. Fresh vegetables and fruits. butchery should have been bigger. Can find lot of offers as well. Only issue is the customer care. There is a membership program which I am trying to enroll since few months and the answer has been, not available. I have emailed the same as well but no answer till now. Nevertheless, its much better than all other Co-ops.

It is a place where I have many Memories that take my heart CriesBut today I went to Buy HP core it laptop and I waited around 10 minutes A Filipino lady tried to help me But she was not from the right section and she couldnt answer my questions about product.2. She kept calling a sales Man but he didnt respond to me and he kept chatting with other 2 customers who I assume were looking for customer services.I love this place but today I have this experience .Thanks

I have faced a situation more than once in the supermarket where I find the item having a different price tag but when I reach the counter its a different price more than what is on the tag. Also there are no people with in to help incase you were looking for an item you have to go through the store until you find it no one to assist you.

Rude Male Manager in Abu Dhabi Mall Coop. I went to ask for the status of my appliance under repair. The lady at customer service who received it told me it will take 7 days, the same word 7 days was mentioned by the other male staff who packed it. I returned to Coop on the 4th day just to enquire for status. The male manager on duty (he said his name was Ali) said it will take them 25 days. To my shock, I mentioned to him that I was there and was informed 7 days and thats why I returned just to follow-up. But before I could finish my side, he was already blocking what was I about to say. He kept talking and not allowing me to speak. Of course I said it was a bad service. It is a bad service. Among all staffs, this male manager at customer service can bring bad reputation to the company. I was expecting that he would listen before nagging me. And a nagging manager is a bad example for the staffs and turns off customers like me. With this bad service, this will probably be my last purchase of appliance in Coop. There are so many options to buy appliance and Coop will be my very last option (or not at all).

It is a two-floor one stop shop, where electronics, gadgets and appliances are all located on the upper floor while the basics are in the ground level.Its quite spacious, however, it does not offer a section for cooked foods.

Electronics unit do not entertain without bill. My bill was washed out, so I didnt have bill. I couldnt replace electronic item even though I had bar code on my keyboard. Service team said that amount is showing 20 AED extra from mine, I dont know what does it mean to anyone. Well, its not at all better to buy electronics items from here. I had a bad experience all time.

I had a case of lost and found ATM card in this supermarket and the security personnel was very unprofessional and rude.I shop in abudhabi mall COOP atleast 3 times in a week and this experience disappointed me.

Though prices are higher than lulu and carrefour, i go there from time to tiem since its close to home, 2 day ago i went there and bought veg. it was good from up but the down layer of the box was totally wet and changed color and tender to touch, went back to the coop to customer service there was arabic girl and non arabic both were arrogant and refused to help and said it was my responsibility!! I didnt expcet this from coop. took it to the manager whos name kumar or so, he also was unfriendly as if im taking his own time and he was busy to help and left without even saying excuse me!! why staff are unfriendly ?? Im sure i can find a welcoming staff in other stores like lulu and carrefour.

Adcoops is a very large and big store where you have a plenty of options to buy and top class brands you can get any think you want like chinese, continental, italian, food items and many more

You can find many Lebanese products here especially fruits and vegetables. The prices are also comptetive except for diet products (chocolates and biscuits for example)
