Have been going to tips and toes for many years, but had not colored or done my hair there before. Went to get my roots colored, would not recommend for ladies with thick or curly hair! Stylist tried her best but really could not handle curly hair. Left underwhelmed, with drier and frizzier hair than when I started. Would not recommend

Same matters with this chain. Yes friendly, yes for cleanliness but always bad random service. Sometimes the manicure is bad or pedicure is bad or both. Never fully happy with them.

The technicians are very nice and kind and professional. Place is always clean and tidy.

My fav salon when it comes to hair coloring.I had a full hair coloring today, and Im super happy with the result.

Nail technician made my fingers bleed. Nail polish smudged when she was adjusting the toe spacer and I wasnt offered anything to drink. Colour peeled off my fingers within 2 days literally just lifted off so was a waste of time.

Massage was amazing by Oki, however nails took 2 hours and I was really dissapointed with the result.

Worst customer service ever, their technician called rose threw the cotton bud and stormed off her chair causing the trash bin to fall just because i changed my color. She did not even apologize for this behavior. I am disappointed with the service, the level of “senior technician” available. I did not expect this deterioration of service and disrespect.

I came for Moroccan Hammam and full body massage 90 minutes . I am a regular customer , however my experince with the therapist this time was more than amazing , THANK YOU Ched for making the day for me .Perfect pressure in both Hammam and massage , great awareness of reflexology points .Very professional and loves what she is doing .

I book an appointment and when I arrived the receptionist asked me to wait, and then I was waiting almost 30 minutes for somebody however no body cares and after looking for her to know what happens, she said that I have to wait 1 hour and 30 minutes to get the service, because whole the staff were busy, they are playing with the peoples time, even I have to wait to talk to the manager. Awful customer service.

Regardless you being regular customer or even a memember of Glitter program, benefits are poor, to say the least. They do not care about customers or how to retain them. After service I asked about product which was used and purchased it only to find out at home it is not the one at all. No reimbursement, no compensation or at least an effort or gesture to appreciate customer for what was clearly their mistake in communication. I came back after a year and again encountering very poor customer service actually on supervisory level. With certainty, it is time to find another place.

I have tried Moroccan bath, eyebrows threading, massage and the pedicure and manicure. I really like their services that I have tried and I usually go their once in a month or 2. The place is nice and clean, staff are professional and nice, prices are normal to high.

Unable to get massage on my lower body due to recent surgery on my upper back. Disappointing that a receptionist feels they have more medical knowledge than myself (a nurse) and my surgeon who gave me clearance.

I will never ever visit to the Khalifa city branch, I’m always going to the yas mall branch, but because of the my busy schedule I did not have time to go there, so that how I decide to come to the khalifa city branch, staff was friendly, but we want a good service that we are paying for, specially for the eyebrow, I went for the threading, but the lady who did mine, didn’t know Wht she was doing she over plucked my eyebrows, and shape wasn’t Wht I expected 💔💔😰(but she is friendly)it takes months to grow and fill the the gaps, and for that bad service I’ve paid 52.50 DHR, I wanted to get full face threading and more services but because of that unexpected thing I couldn’t stay there anymore,just to clean and just to over plucked my eyebrows. I’m so disappointed, seriously, I will never ever recommend this for the threading.👎🏻

I love visiting this branch, the staff are friendly and professional. Anny is the best for LPG, Mellessa is so creatively doing my hair color. Takwa has a gentle touch for the facial treatments, and Cindy will always help me to ease my muscle pain with a massage session 🤗❤

I like tip and toes for the threading and waxing but that’s it . I gave it another trial and decided to do gelish French manicure. Before confirming appointment I did ask for a master who is really good specially at French style . The selected base color was not available and I needed to choose another one which is fine . However , the master started applying the white lines with without special thin nail brush so of course the lines are not perfect as well as the shape was just STRAIGHT so I could see side of my nail . When I asked to correct it and make it a “smile shape” she did it but wasn’t happy and I wasn’t feeling comfortable correcting her all the time . On two nails I have visible boobles on white parts and the lines are definitely far from perfect . Disappointed-Not recommended for FRENCH manicure .

I went for a skinnovage cleansing facial which I enjoyed. The facialist - Jam - was friendly and ensured I was comfortable, she gave me good knowledge about how to treat my skin and recommended other treatments that would be good for my skin type.There after I had threading scheduled for eyebrow and upper lip, the lady who assisted me was wild and hurt me with the way she was threading my eyebrows that I cancelled the upper lip service. Shes soaked my eyes with rose water and awhile after my face was still in pain. Considering its a spa where women come for relaxation and to beautify themselves its disappointing to be handle in this way.

I used to be a regular customer until they ruined my eyelashes by leaving glue on them after eyelash extensions removal (their application was bad in the first place and I had to get them removed after a few days). Their answer to my situation was its fine, your eyelashes will fall off and grow back again. Management couldnt help and were useless. I havent been there again since then, and I have let everyone know about my horrible experience with them.

I have been coming to Tips & Toes for the past 5 years for massages and only have ever had one bad experience and the management offered another massage for free at any time - which I appreciated. Other than that one blip I visit Tip & Toes every 1-3 months. I now see Ayu regularly - she is fantastic!! Takes time to ask about problem areas and really tailors the massage. My favourite is the Balinese massage - it puts me to sleep every time. I also like the Thai, Hot Stone, Reflexology as well. I’ll be leaving the UAE soon and will definitely miss getting my massage by Ayu

Called for hair roots, asked for the price before going in, they told me around (250-300) which is weird because all salons have a FIXED hair roots price ( whether it was with amonia or not) as i dont understand how it depends on the price.Anyways, so i get there, and the woman was like its 500 aed!! I told her that i was told the range and she was like “ well did you ask for me personally” and i replied no.. she got quiet and ignored me, did my hair was was charged 500 AED with normal drying as i knew they would double the price! I got out VERY angry as i felt like i was scammed. What if i got only the amount ranged with me to the salon! And since when is hair roots this expensive! Tips and Toes customer market is not high-end! I even called some high-end salons and their prices only reached 500 aed if it was hair roots WITH a blowdry!

My wife likes this pace a lot.... I have to keep drop her there....☺

They have amazing services, the only problem I have is that the schedules is booked fast due to how good they are doing.

The lady at the moroccan bath had over exfoliated my skin. I returned home to find red bruises all over my back which felt very painful and kept burning for couple of days. I still have marks.

I got cut the last time I was here. They also charged 5aed extra if you decide to have color with the manicure. Also, there is no wifi. Actually, they have wifi but they dont give the password to clients. They will let you take a snap of your treatment for their publicity. Also, it is more expensive than other reputable nail salons in the area. I wish I could give this place 1/2 star. I dont plan to return again.

My experience today with the massage in tips toes was not what I expected when I Enter the reception area the noise of the staff was to loud and I thought will be only downstairs but when I went upstair inside the massage room still the voice of the staff to loud and also there was a watch inside the room you can hear the nock of the watch and the voice of the staff was really Annoying for the time you need really relaxing with hearing only the spa music this not what I need
