Send courier to India in Dec2020, till now not received. Most of the time they are not attending the phone calls, even if attend no proper response. Online tracking is also worst, compared to other courier services.

Customer service is what makes a business grows if you dont treat or value your customers you will easily loose them out in this competitive world . Quicker you understand better for your business.Have a Courtesy to pick the call . Customer spend good chunk of money for their stuffs and for the shipment .they will get anxious if you wont deliver good in promised time frame .

Shipment collected on 11/12/2020 in Sharjah and untill now not delivered to my home in India. Apart from this very poor response and no clear details.👎👎👎 Very very very very poooooooooor service and no response from the team. Any one facing issue file a case to claim the omount through proper channel

Very Bad Experience with Sea breeze, i send parcel through sea Freight in December 2020, Still its not reached destination. Dont use this cargo...

Its been 5months i couriered my cargo to kerala but no positive response from sea breeze people. Every time they say new story if we go and meet because they dont answers call . Please avoid this cargo service my 1st time experience and its like i will never ever send the cargo from here. Bad experience and poor response from sea breeze cargo . Never expected this kind response . Max 40 days they told now more than 120days..what to say..

Very bad service..goods are been hold in mumbai port for more than 4 months.. company is not taking any initiative to clear them.. my cargo was sent nov 2020..and it is almost 5 months..still didnt reach destination.. everytime they has a different story when called cuatomer care center..

Very bad in seabreeze ship and air service. Really very irritate. He told me 30 to 40 days but now over on 3 months more then and now still waiting for custom clearance. Another cargo still working for shipment and air. I told this staff not giving the exactly response and no reply for whatsapp. Very bad service. Dont send this cargo.

They promised 25 working days. Goods collectd in Dec 2020, 8 months still not received. Worst service.

They have pickup facilities also for cargo ship&air. Also people traveling can get cargo box 📦 also from here at 10Aed .

Try other Cargo Services..like ABC cargo and others.. This people are not professional at all..wrong commitments.they never answer the phone or reply back . No response at all..I m really planning to go legally against them. .. dont trust this people.

Good service and friendly suggestions. Always busy and accomodating. The only thing is they promised for 20-25 days delivery and mine was delivered on 28.

Shipment & Tracking - Excellent Service.Cargo reached on time without any delay or further obstructions.Customer Care - Need Improvement.The only thing that should improve from Seabreeze side is information given to the customer should be same from all branches. While I am enquiring shipment details via phone, getting different informations from Branches in Abu Dhabi.Moreover the person who are picking up the phone in all branches are hurry to disconnect the call.Thank You

No proper communication,If cargo is stopped unforeseen circumstances,it need to communicate to customer.I changed my sea cargo to Air cargo,after 4 days still it is lying in Jabel Ali warehouse.

Very nice packing and delivering the stuffs very safely. It will be crowded enough so take enough time in your hand if you want to send something from this courier.

We had the worst experience with Seabreeze Cargo. I received the cargo in a completely damaged condition. My electronic item is damaged to such an extent that its not fit for use or repair. My glassware were shattered into pieces. The food items were open from the individual packings and scattered with glass pieces and thus nonconsumable. Even my shirt buttons were broken to pieces due to their mishandling and irresponsible behaviour. Even after contacting them and going to their office several times, they havent bothered to give us a proper response. I would never ever recommend Seabreeze to anyone as I know the pain of receiving things in a destroyed condition, that were bought with hard earned money.
