I have an outstanding remittance of over 1 month. Family back home waiting for money. Notwithstanding the UAE Central Banks message (17 March) that they require ...the exchange house to swiftly settle outstanding remittances and all other already initiated transactions, UAE Exchange appear to have done nothing. My emails to the company go unanswered. Beyond disappointing! Advice anyone?

I was send my money to india(account) with your UAE exchange muroor branch abu dhabi at 15 march, but problm is now 9th April start but still not transfer money to my account why like this, .i also complain your uae exchange branch 2 times and your staff saying tomro your money is going to your account now more then 22 days finished .My family waiting for money, where is my money. Funds not credited 2 weeks after payment made. Staff offer apologies with no resolution. Multiple communications via telephone and email are never followed up on. Unfortunately the lack of professionalism and customer care has resulted in the loss of a client. A real shame.

Really horrible experience, hubbys go cash card in on renewal at first we were told that the card will be sent to branch nearby us then hubby keep on coming back to the said branch as he was told that is was already sent. Then following week call center said the card is ready and will be dispatched after two days. Goodness its been a month now they are still saying the same thing. Really disappointing. 😡😡😡
