Note Down:- This is a distinctive futuristic circular building near the Al Raha beach hotel.You will drive past it if you are going to Abu Dhabi from Yas Island and you can also see it from a distance if you are driving out of the city.The building itself is just an office block.Really impressive work of art and very Gram worthy pictures can be taken right outside of the building. Inside the building is also nice but the security to get inside is very tight! 💛💯

The Aldar building is located in Abu Dhabi, capital of the United Arab Emirates. It is considering the largest round skyscraper in the world built in the form of lozenges. A great art of modern architecture, approximately 110 meters high where several offices of commercial enterprises operated.It is located next to the highway next to Al Raha Mall.

Big circle - Cirkular skyscraperThis is the Aldar headquarters and the premises of other companies.This is one of the most famous, most characteristic buildings in the United Arab Emirates and probably also around the world, because it is the first round office building in the world.To make it more interesting, the building has a completely glazed façade and the one that is curve in every possible way, both round elevations are convex, and the connecting band is concave.The pill is 121 m high and has 23 floors. It is situated on a cot overlooking the Al Raha canal. In front of the building is also quite a big pool with a fountain. There is very little greenery - a pity ...As almost always in the UAE, the vision and concept of the architect followed that (I do not quite follow), which says something about perfection and infinity as well as about purity and simplicity .... (well, I can and will agree with that). Further ideas speak of the shape of shells, fish or snake scales, unity, stability and integrity of space and time. I still embrace the shell, the rest are complicated visions as for me.But I like the building very much. Especially when you are standing right in front of the entrance. Only from there its hard to make w picture.P.S. using a name skyscraper after visiting Dubai is a misunderstanding. And this - its definitely skyscraper is not .... But ... its cool.

Iconic building with some practical design flaws. The Aldar HQ is a landmark building in Abu Dhabi. I have been working there for 2.5 years and enjoyed my office - the view is amazing, especially at sunset. However, the design shows that practicability was not at the top of the agenda. The building is completely isolated at the end of Raha Beach boulevard. Accessing Raha beach mall for food requires a car or taxi ride, although it is just a few hundred meters away. Food options inhouse are few and expensive, given the quality. Lack of competition... Staff parking is insufficient, so that many team members need to park outside and walk or wait for shuttle buses. Most annoying: The AC had been designed for open space offices, and now turns small offices that companies create for their practical use into either freezers or saunas. It does not help that the buildings main glass surfaces are oriented East and West instead of South and North. So the AC cannot be calibrated well and your office easily turns from freezer in the morning to sauna in the afternoon. Or the other way around.

I wish i could rate less then one start, i had a very bad experience with the sale managers. I visted them with my husbund to get an idea about the two bed room appartment in the water-edge project located at Yas island. There we have met a two of their team, R and O anyway they convinced us to buy a 3 bedrooms and they deluded us that the offer is very limited. And this is our only chance because someone is trying to buy the house at the same time. And if we need time to think about it we first have to pay like a minimum of 60000ADE and if we dont like we can immediately get back the money. So transferred the amount. After thinking, Ofcourse me and my husband didnt like the house design neither the location and the prices so we decided to cancel with them and get back our deposit money which is our right since we didnt sign any contract. One month and the sale team members are manipulating and deceiving under the pretext that if we help them to find someone to buy the house we can get the money. Ofcourse this is not our job. This issue will be in the court.NOT EVER NEVER TRUST THEM.

One of the Architectural wonders and an Iconic structure in the world, located in Abu Dhabi. I am super proud to say that I had an opportunity to operate from this place for a couple of Years 👍. There are some best coffee shops and restaurants on the ground floor and in addition to that, the coffee shops, restaurants at Al Raha mall, which is at a walkable distance. Really, this was my Best work place, so far...

Enough parking space outside the building, good customer service at the reception

Nice building. But not necessarily employee friendly. Only one public restaurant and an overpriced Japanese coffee shop within the building. Food delivery is not allowed to come to the main entrance. The delivery boy has to wait in the basement parking where not all staff has access to. Only one tiny grocery shop available nearby. Parking is a problem for people who have not a booked parking within the building.

If theres is 0 i will make lessI would like to share with you my experience how Aldar cheated me and stole my moneyI wanted to buy appartment from them in wateredgs project, i had a deal to pay some money and they told me if the bank loan does not work with me, they will pay back my money. And for than 3 months now they dont want to back my money. And they said we are not giving back any money we receivePlease all people dont trust them they are very perfect in cheating and taking money from othersI dont know how they eat this HARAM money

Awesome view and building facility. Enough parking. Friendly staffs. Restaurants are not open after working hours mostly. Lake view is awesome .My daughters liked the building construction and they asked me many questions on the spot. Infact its a small wonder for everyone. LOL

Dear all,Good day. Do not buy properties from Aldar, it is expensive, it is scam, the house, villa and lands are way way way expensive. Please im telling this because im victim of aldar. Please and I mean it, they are clever to attract you to buy their properties to be in victim. Do not buy anything from them, just trust me. Also the prices of all lands, villas going to reduce 60% in the next few year ls based experts brokers.Please avoid buying from them, please.Regards

I reached the location from dubai but It took me 30min to get right directions to this building. The management should atleast consider placing sign boards for this building where so many global companies are located.All senior managers are unqualified and withdrawing huge salaries and place simple sign boards when theres lots of construction nearby.
