Khidmah provides the worst service ever!! Since 12.06 (already for longer than a week)!!! we are having a water leak from the apartment above, the technicians came twice and said, they cant do anything as the apartment above is empty, no tenants. This is the reason to damage our apartment and keep doing anything!!! Just unbearable!!! How many times we calked them and asked, the only thing that they can do is to say sorry!!! Unbelievably poor service!!!!!

Khidmah services improved lately (2021) in West Yas. Big improvement compared to 2019 and 2020. They started responding faster, on time and more effectively. Areas of inprovement: 1) It would be better if they keep the client updated about long pending issues (that needs further approvals, etc). 2) for high elevations, scafolding is required which most of the time, they do not have. 3) maintaining job card/work report filled before giving client to sign. All the best.

Very poor service , they came to repair AC in the house and they stole money from my housemaids bag, very rude !! Won’t trust them again, not advised to use the service! And monitor them like children!

I have logged several maintenance requests over the past 4 months, until today, nothing has been actioned and issues not fixed. There is no follow up from Khidmahs end, and I have to continuously call and follow up. Truly the worst service ever, extremely disappointing and unsatisfactory. Im an owner and paying for the maintenance contract, yet no services are provided..... very sad...

I would rate zero if I could. This company is irresponsible and purposefully make it difficult to reach them about service requests to the point where it is useless to try and you end up paying for nothing and doing the work with others or yourself. Not to mention the safety issues they dont care about, Ive had a faulty fire alarm thats in need of a battery for over a month and this company cant even send someone to change that. Not to mention all the stuff we pay for in prepaid annual care for preventative maintenance which they never get to. Excuse after excuse when youre even lucky enough to get to speak with a rep from their team who are specialists in deflecting blame to the subcontractors they say are the issue.

Very bad experience and the service provided is boring slow ... For example, we called more than once and put us on wait long times until we get tired and we turn off the phone ... We have some simple maintenance work once the response is done after torment and times no one cares ... the speech is great But on the ground, we clash with things that make us rethink the choice ... The real estate service company is one of the best maintenance companies and it has no experts, specialists, or technicians with the efficiency that they talk about, with evidence that we have a villa in Yas Acres, and the water is falling from the bathroom ceiling and they have become more From 3 days they could not do anything, the conditioners were bad and they tried to repair without avail and the walls have cracks to the windows even though they are closed, but some bugs enter through them and the bathrooms have endless problems .. the shape may look beautiful but it is not practical and not suitable for quiet stay ... troublesome and maintenance She does not have the slightest amount of conscience and in the end, God suffices us and the best proxy
