Its office building very big

This place looks really beautiful having similar height & color buildings all over the area.

This is a beautiful building in the heart of Reem Island 😍 but one problem is this building is too much commercial that they forgot to install atleast one wash basin in any of the rooms.The only place you can wash your hands is go to the common washroom out side your office door. You cant wash your hands inside your office. Can you imagin 🤷‍♂️Completely different from Abu Dhabi city offices where you will have kitchen atleast.

Great business building, safe and clean , they have a great view over the water and the City of Abu Dhabi , only issue it the visitors parking not available most of the time.

Very nice Skyscraper as commercial tower in reem island .However car parking not allocated for visitors. Visitor do park in a safe place and beware of improper/ abuse parking tickets..

The offices are great. The location is beautiful.

Upscale place with beautiful view all around. The tower has 30 + 30 floors in two wings and ample parking available. The office space also has boutik mall and Carrefour in the proximity.

Dont buy property here ... too much service charges and for big office they give 1 parking only and there is no free parking ... such a great business !

International Petroleum Center in Addax Tower is a good center for having well operation training. The center is at a high standard with very experienced instructors.

Overall layout of the inside of the building is very nice. The coffee shop in the lobby is convenient. The parking is very limited in the basement. Thats a common problem in Abu Dhabi.

An office tower that is quickly getting recognition in Reem Island. A lot of well know organizations have decided to own offices here rather than take offices on lease elsewhere.

A building with no proper directions.. Right from the parking there is no guidance to the podium and from podium to the lobby.. Restrooms arent guided in each floor.. Prayer rooms arent guided..I wonder who designed this without the proper signages.😳

Addax office tower is situated in Reem Island Abu Dhabi,This office tower is very clean and well maintained.Also the office tower is having good views.But the real problem is with the parking of vehicle. Parking is really hectic.Also there no restaurants of fast food chain near the office surriundings.Only option is the boutique mall situated in Reem Island.

One of the best Multi storey office Tower situated at Reem Island. The location quiet unique and well maintain.

Ample supply of Office space at a reasonable competitive prices per Square foot. The developer is planning to build additional parking space to accommodate growth of visitors and tenants.

Monica Reyes from Sham Pearl Corner General Contracting LLC. send me an email for an interview, she send it at 12pm May 19, 2019 and ask to come over at 3:pm. And i called her, and said i was in abu dhabi. And she said, its just 2hours from dubai to abu dhabi. And i send an email asking if its ok the next day, waiting for her confirmation and i didnt receive any confirmation. She said, she is waiting for her boss confirmation. But its her duty to inform the applicant later the afternoon or today morning (20th of May). What an unprofessional employee!!! And she never called. She wants me to call her. And she doesnt know how to answer the phone properly. She is using yeah.

Good Building, No pantry facilities, small toilets and plenty of parking issues. Highlight would be building, location and low lights would be parking, parking and parking.....
