Call Abu Dhabi office 100 times and every time they close the line. I needed to apply for insurance claim to get my car repaired ASAP. The Insurance Authority should do something for those people to make them learn the lesson.

Shocking customer service! They told me on the 4th of February to pick up my check from them on the 18th of Feb. I turn up to do so, they say to come back the next day. They are wasting your time and money! They should deserve a 0 star!

No body answers the phone when calling. And the one time time somebody answered, it came from a restaurant. The phone numbers are on their webpage. When this is discussed with the employees in their Abu Dhabi office, nobody seem to care about that. That is considered as very bad service

Got fully insured my car but when acciedent happened they just told me that they will replace the part with an used part,so please nobody should insure your car with this company.
