Shocking bad! Appalling.I have never seen anything like it. One has always to chase, there is hardly any response to any basic enquiry.Before moving I was sent a bunch of information that did not apply to me.My move itself was hugely delayed after taking my deposit and first month rent. Hiding behind some procedure and the availability of the inspector.They were also about to delay it further because they were sleeping and not producing the Letting Agreement letter needed to connect the utilities. They pointed out that I needed the connections to the utilities before the handover... Knowing that I could not do it without their letter. A real Catch22.Worth to wait for the inspector of course. At handover the cleaning was poorly done (Im being kind) and snag was not completed. They promised to send someone to do so but no one showed up. I had to call and chase again, they promised again, and again a no show. Colossal waste of my time (I was running back and forth from work for them!).The snag is still not complete.I still a have not been given 2 keys of my front door and I dont know when Ill see them.The Com cupboard is locked with my router inside and I dont have the key for that either. I reported it 3 days ago. There was no response. I had to call again and the reply was I have seen your email. I guess it was too hard to acknowledge the message. And then silence again. One is left with guessing what will (or most likely will Not ) happen next.They really need someone in charge to set in place basic organisation and decency.Oh.. On top of it their App crushes constantly making it useless. Well.. I guess it fits in perfectly.

WTC is generally very good to live in. Easy access to all facilities such as malls and beaches, and quick maintenance. However, as it is a high-rise building, there is always a lot of wind noise in high-rise buildings, and prompt evacuation in case of fire has always been a concern. Other than that, life at WTC was very comfortable and good.

They happily collect their monthly service fees, without the service. Examples: I’ve logged 3 different community safety issues. All 3 cases were closed in the system, without rectifying the issues, one of which sliced my daughters toe open due to loose pool tiles.They’ve also installed non functional parking control systems. Their semi annual customer surveys don’t work either, so no chance to provide needed feedback.

Got an apt in the bridges under the promotion listed by the leasing management Provis for 4k vouchers after 50 days of moving in. I have called over and over again, even contacted the management and customer service khidma but to no avail. Not even a call back on the subject was done by the management. Still trying to get an answer, but as per no reply it seems more and more that it may have been false advertisement just to lure tenants into the building. Hope i am wrong but it has crossed 50 days and now 60+ days and no sign of the vouchers. Not sure if i will renew.

I wish I had looked at these comments and ratings before making a commitment with Provis but hindsight is a wonderful thing. I have submitted all my documents (running around like crazy to do so) I have made all the necessary payments to allow for my keys to be given but I am still waiting. I have furniture waiting to be delivered as well as kitchen appliances. It is costing me a fortune to keep extending my stay in a hotel while Provis refuse to give me the keys to my apartment. When I pay for something I expect to receive it. You cant just take peoples money and then not deliver a good service. I am truly shocked such a reputable company can behave so badly

So bad in general. But the worst is that they closed our playground and park in front of sun tower claiming that they are not allowed to reopen due to covid restrictions even though all the parks in Abu Dhabi are already open. Simply way cheaper for them to keep the barriers than putting more security guards and monitoring social distance between people. Interestingly, in Bridges towers, also maintained by Provis, playgrounds have been open. I guess its because these towers are new and people have to be somehow attracted to rent apartments there..

Not professional, dishonest and totally takes advantage of their expat renters. I rented an apartment for six years and I am still trying two months later to get my security deposit back. Dont expect any reliable service for maintenance, human needs (even as a person of determination) or proper care of a very expensive rent apartment. I also rented a villa from them for 3 years and experienced even worse service.

Worse of the worse in the entire Planet.Its PAINFUL when you need to get something fixed urgent because someone couldnt do a professional job. Youll keeping calling and calling... explaining the same issues over and over again, then nothing gets done. Again, you need to start the cycle again next day, going on for weeks , then months... It is so frustrating that will give you nightmares.

They don’t care if water leaks are damaging your property you your children are getting cut on shards of glass. Never ever fulfill their commitment, I booked one apartment for rent, its 18th day, I have paid everything, I have got nothing, no contract , no maintenance, no tawtheek. No commitment. Put me in a terrible position, where i have to vacate my previous apartment and have no where to go with family and 3 kids.If someone who really cares about this company I would like to talk to them to tell my worse experience.

WORSTTTT experience of my life. I paid advance on 16th October 2020 and communicated in my very first email about move in by end of October. Scheduled all my deliveries and Movers, internet connection everything for which I have to pay twice because of the delay.No one is receiving the call niether replying to the email from last 4 days now.I am very disappointed with the way they have treated, made several commitments for contract / tawtheek & maintenance none of them fulfilled. I am suffering with my 3 kids its very painful. I had to leave my current place on 1st of nov, its 3rd Now!!!!!!!where should I go with All the household and 3 KIDS, where should I stay now????? Who will pay???

This is the worst company ever. I need a very simple thing a move in permission. I filled the application and send an email with all documents. on sunday I called to follow up they said their is missing documents then I sent them in the same day on Monday they said we didnt got your email then I sent it again and they said we will reply same day and no one replied. each time you call you have to listen to a stupid online services AD for 60 seconds and wait for his lazy highness that wont get anything done for your today for another 15 minutes. this is the worst property management that I dealt with.

What has happened to it after name change from Khidmah to Provis?? It has gone worst. For a simple issue like bad smell, i had followed up for a month and finally i just gave up as i cant waste time with them. Another simple matter was to update properties under my my name on community portal. They have shown a property which is not mine and removed a property which is mine. For simple updating of record, they have already taken two weeks and still no idea when it will be done!!! What is there to change name from khidmah to provis or ista to something else?? Change your services and style of working!!! improve them and make them customer friendly. Listen to your customers and address their problems quickly. That will be best marking for you!!!

It’s horrible experience, every one needs to know about this company before to move to property under Provis. To receive special card to travel to Abu Dhabi ( when our community AG is in Abu Dhabi) we are waiting till now , people can not go to work because Provis can not provide cards in 2 days (what they promised) when I called Provis just on hold because they are busy always. I have never seen how people struggle in this time , just to have opportunity travel to work every day and have checkpoint every morning and telling that card is still not provided by Provis.

Unprofessional company. Once they get your secuirty deposit money they will stop replying. Its been 11months Im asking them to remove washing machine that was in the flat when I moved in - nothing is done. They charge 2700aed to repaint the flat when only 1wall need to be repainted. They will find any excuse to keep security deposit. Took them 8 months to send me the prior move in report with pictures and guess what all pictures with damages were missing and they had trouble to find them. Called them 3times, 4 month prior move out and each time was told someone will call me back. At the end I went in the office and they were not aware of any of my calls. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.Cheers from Canadian expats

Worse than Worst property agent. Avoid them to save your money, and (mostly) to keep your mental healthyThey only interested on your commission, nothing more. Always speak sweet before you sign the check, after that they just dont care.Staff are like kindergarten kids, dont know what and how to do things.I signed contract with them on 30Sept for a start date of 14Oct, only to find out nobody follow up to me until the exact date of 14Oct when I yelled to them over the phone.by 15th afternoon they finally give me the Key, and also I found that no repair/maintenance was done to my Apt. So basically they just doing NOTHING between 30Sept to 14Oct.I hope this being read by Abu Dhabi municipality so serious action can be taken to them. Really shameful to have these people of Provis in lovely Abu Dhabi city.

It was my worst experience in Abu Dhabi to have rental with Provis.It took such a long time to get the signed contract after paying the rent, but more than that, I have received security deposit refund with around 82% charged without any calculated explanation. One day suddenly came into the bank account.I already have a headache thinking that I will suffer regarding deposit refund claim.

Khawla, Mohammed Elghanam, and Kitche at Provis have ALWAYS been most helpful! Moving house and dealing with tenancy questions can be incredibly stressful, yet when I have had to contact any one of the above Provis employees, the experience has been smooth. All my anxieties about moving, booking lifts, etc has always been for naught. I have lived in Awqaf Building in the city and I LOVED it. The building is incredibly neat, in a good location, and the security guys are incredibly friendly. I was sad when my company did not renew my lease in the building, but my worries were short-lived as I moved to another Provis property. I am most grateful for all their hard work, dedicated customer service, and consistent pleasant experiences.

This was genuinely the poorest level of service I have EVER received in the UAE which is renowned for its great levels of service.The leadership I had dealt with were lacking any form of care and attention and failed to answer emails and calls on several occasions throughout the 3 year rental period. A lack of strong customer focus will sadly be the demise of this company which I had high hopes for when they rebranded to Provis.This coupled with the fact that they made my pregnant wife stand and wait 3 hours for their supervisor to arrive at the time of handover inspection is totally unacceptable. Following several attempts to reach the superior we were informed that he forgot and consequently never arrived.Lastly, to those unfortunate to have any dealings with the firm, you might want to be aware that we completed a full snagging list at the time we rented the villa which was very detailed and covered all areas that could be held against our deposit in later years. This report was deemed useless at the time the villa was returned and the deposit was never received in its entirety even after hiring a local contractor to repair any minor wear and tear.A clear lack of leadership and poor inattentive staff - I would strongly recommend against using Provis.

I had issues when i moved in and now i want to mov out and i am still facing issues. My rent cheques are paid on time. Bills are paid on time. Informed the company of not renewal two months prior to the contract expiry and here i am today trying to get a NOC for moving out. I have called the agent and he said to call 600505052 and i called three times and everytime they took the contact number saying to callback but the callback never came. Fourth time i called 600505052 and now another lady said to call 600505056 because its Kidma and Provis problem. What is wrong with your company. Look at the genuine reviews of other people. Your service is pathetic. Will never recommend you to anyone and I hope others wont fall to your pathetic company. Will be posting my review to all FB groups in Abu Dhabi so other potential victims can escape your company.
