One star is very very high this shop and Better not to believe shop sales staff information , they don’t know what app we hav to Install after buying their product and thy are selling open box products without user manuals & old products selling as a new product ..When we call for support / suggestion it’s very rude behavior..Very bad customer service , unreliable shop ..

Extremely poor service. Bought a device from them and after a month it had an issue. I took it back to them to fix, and it took four weeks. They never called to explain what was wrong, they always changed their story when I called and asked. It didnt make any sense. First they said it was downloading software to be fixed, but that was for 2 weeks!!! After that they said hard drive problem and still didnt fix it.After buying a surface pro from them for 9000+ AED, and having to pay to fix it I will never buy from here again.I highly advise that you buy from somewhere else. Because if you have any issue with your device they dont care at all about it or customer satisfaction. Their devices are a little cheaper, but you will pay in time and money if something goes wrong.

They are big lair I have put 2 ipad for repair and they took 250 AED for one IapAD from me after they said has been fixed and now can charge I ask the guy why the battery empty if you fixed he said its ok dont worry I have trusted them when I went home I change it for about 24 hours but still the same problem later someone called me from their shop regarding my other IPAD that cant be required then I told him the one you give me its not working then he said bring it back then now they ask me for another charge I advice every one not to go to those people they are really unprofessional the problem is they dont have services center
