Very unprofessional way of dealing with customers.Had given one new brand new laptop for upgrading ram memory and after waiting 2 hours they told laptop is not turning on need to give for warranty.As per their standard they are saying if u give any electronic device for service to them if its getting damaged or not working its not their responsibilty.When I requested them to arrange an alternate device until I get my device back from warranty the response from them was really disappointing.Please dont give any device for service here as they dont have any commitment towards the customers.Worst experience ever had form an IT dealer.

Great service and they have anything you would ever need to build a PC, including a large array of monitors. Employees are friendly, and clearly passionate as they know all there is to know. Im heading there tomorrow for a BIOS update and im sure theyll do a great job.
