Large area for sitting inside.I like the grilled panini Sandwich and the Cafe Mocha is delicious 😋.Its next to the parking entrance but there is no direct way from Abu Dhabi mall.

Tim Hortons has always been my favorite place. But the quality of some food items is going down.

They have the new iced green tea yuzu flavor. So refreshing!

Maybe before its awesome. But now the place is not maintained. When i ordered, the cashier is the same guy that serves the sandwich. BTW he uses the same gloves holding the money and food. Had huge argument on that one. Never again

Cold and QuietThis place is surprisingly quiet. I was their on the new year’s eve and it didn’t had that warm coffee shop vibe. The place felt somehow unwelcoming and cold.I ordered one hazelnut latte and coffee was good. If I would have to rate the place strictly based on the taste of coffee I would have certainly rated it higher.Worst Internet!The last nail on the coffin was the Wifi. First they had very lengthy process to connect to wifi and second it was very slow and it kept on disconnecting.With all these things going against them I most mention staffs their were very friendly and customer service was on point. They were doing their best to make the place feel alive.

This branch have a big area for outside sit as its situated just front side of the Abu Dhabi Mall. The outside is always full as customers prefer to sit outside while having coffee. The inside area is adjacent to the entrance for car parking of the mall. Nowadays its always full because of the discounted vouchers given to customers.

Its the same with other Tim Hortons Branch. The velvet drink is too sweet though. I did not enjoy that drink.

The taste was mediocre. Wouldn’t prefer next time.

Not well maintainedVery depressingAnd no electricity if u wanna use ur laptop except in one secluded area for one plug only in the entire cafe.Please fix it cuz otherwise this is too bad to even visit

Love Tim Hortons for their French Vanilla latte. This particular restaurant is attached to Abu Dhabi mall so grab your self a drink and peruse the mall

Wouldnt want to give even one star! I was at the Abu Dhabi mall branch for a pistachio latte. The cashier whos also the server was rude! Bad experience! I was regular to order on zomato at their najda branch but after this totally boycotting Tim Hortons

Nice place to sit and relax

Our coffee place before COVID started. Daily visit is a must hear. Staff is super nice and attentive. (most of them) They will know your order before you say it coz they remember you by face. Its really remarkable as the footfall is far too much there. Due to busy operations sometime you might see it not that clean but they are cleaning the place frequently.

I love theyre coffee and sandwiches.

Tim Hortons is just great. Although this particular outlet is located on the main front of Abu Dhabi mall and has nice seating ambience, the access is unfriendly. Either you park somewhere in mall parking or in an opposite block then find a way to walk over since roadworks are underway right in the same area. They should hopefully be clear by March 2019, until then better to park in Mall. Tourists may plan to visit Mall and this Tim Hortons at the same time, save an additional taxi trip

The best coffee in the world

Soy cappuccino was alright, why the extra AED though? I mean Starbucks offers soy as an add-on for free.

Its convenient since its close to the hotel if you want to grab something quick.

I will say best coffe shop with every facility. Staffs are friendly. Clean & tidy place. Environmentally perfect. Prices and products are not bad coffee and French vanilla is amazing. They have doughnuts, cakes & ice-cream as well which is different from other shops of them

It was really great. But I dont know what is happening now. No chocolate for coffee mocha in a month now. The new english muffin is really tastless and most of the times not even baked enough. Please guys have a look again on your shops. Its such a waste to decend to this level. Im a regular for more than 1.5 years now.
