I ve been there and i asked for a table for one the staff thier ignored me cought one of them and asked againe they say they dont have a table for one what a stuped .... The brand is away better than the branch....

It is disappointing that the service in this restaurant has gone down hill as they completely ignored my order and never bothered to apologize or take feedback. It is clear that the staff lack the standards. Guys the Mushrif mall branch is not worth it. Never again.

This restaurant doesn’t deserve any star, very disappointing as the cake what we ordered looks different on the picture . It was a request from my daughter a cheese cake for her 7th birthday, so we ordered. And that time we were so excited to pick it up but unfortunately it turns to disappointment as when we pick up from Mushriff mall the cake was deformed and the strawberry on the top was all over the box.. Attached photos for everyone’s awareness.

One of the relatively better place in mushriff mall. But quality is not consistent. The staff is always welcoming and helpful. If you are there on your lucky day you may get a good fresh meal, but mostly it is not. i wish they can keep up the quality everytime. after all the prices are towards the higher side so compromise on quality is not acceptable.

Mugg & Bean did not deserve even one star. We had a breakfast last Friday March 19, 2021, and it was very very bad we did not even finish our food.FOOD WAS VERY VERY BAD, Coffee is cold. It looks like they are in cost cutting so it compromises the quality of service, looks like the chef is a beginner. The waiters are ok, But the foooood was very bad!

I had a very bad experience at the Mugg & Bean Mushrif Mall today. I ordered a berry delight and all I got was 4 french toasts and 1 strawberry cut in to 4 pieces. As soon as the plate arrived at the table I informed the waitress I ordered berry delight as I thought theyve made a mistake with my order. But then she said sorry this is what we serve. So then I told her this is not what is in your menu. If you are not serving the same you advertise, you should have told me when I placed my order. Her reply really annoyed me as she said But I thought you knew. I asked her how am I supposed to know, to which her reply was Maam, is this your first time here?. I was quite disappointed over the food and also the conversation. This is no way to talk to your customer. We had two smoothies which was also average taste. When I tried to ask for the bill, the waitress was avoiding eye contact with me but I had to ask someone else for the bill. I have posted the bill and also the picture in their menu and what I was served. Mugg & Bean, Being a global brand you could do better. I am sorry, but I will never return.

Foods are not up to my expectation. I ordered eggs benedict and they use burger buns although in the menu it’s written english muffin. The hollandaise sauce is store bought and the turkey bacon came cold. They also dont have almond or soya milk for coffee to cater people who cant have dairy. This would by my first and last visit. However the service is good but the foods should be their main focus

Very nice food, lots of options, large portions, very good service, during weekend the resturant was almost full, and the staff was very very nice, with fast service.

Simply awful! The food and the atmosphere. We were finished eating my wifes order before my food arrived. Worst salad I remember eating and the there are constantly unintelligible announcements and alarms from the Malls PA system.

It was not that good experience, I ordered hot chocolate but unfortunately when it was served to me it was almost in room temperature. When I paid cash it took them ages to give me back the change. Their menu is limited if you compare it to other shops, more expensive as well. It was my first and last visit because of this bad experience

They accept entertainers and other discount apps that you may have.. good food and penny wise.. 👌🏼

Its great place for coffee and breakfaat specially they have wide variety of english breakfast plus if u like waffles u should not miss this place ....its definately great for friday brunches....they have delicious muffins and coffee to along with it....Worth the price as the quantity is great...The only drawback is they take lot of time to serve...in case u r not in hurry u may land here....

Everything was bad, the woman doesn’t know how to speak to a costumer, i told her that the juice tastes like water and i don’t want it, then she told me but it’s fresh?? honeyboo we don’t care w just don’t want it.and most of the food was so salty like chill with the salttt??and also the chicken in the club sandwich tasted old and it smelled so bad, the scrambled eggs in the croissant didn’t have a taste i could only taste the cheese croissant, the ceasar sald was so salty and i ordered extra sauce but it was only little.very bad experience, never coming back, طحتو من عيني👎🏻
