Busy but efficient. Standard Starbucks fare. Staff friendly and helpful. Watch where you park though.

Starbucks is my go-to place if I just wanna hang out with friends and enjoy my coffee in my own pace. It is specifically with a view in Jahili, Al Ain. 🥰🥰🥰

DISAPPOINTING. When I go here, they never get drink right even if I tell them how to do it. what i know about SB is that you can customize drinks and mine was really simple, I only asked for my tea to be steeped for 5 minutes and 2 pump of simple syrup and just place in cup with ice. simple right? but they never get it right and they have the nerve to correct me telling me that they used to work at a tea distributor and/or that they steeped it (which they did not cuz I timed them). why do you guys have to lie I know the rules and standards of SB sadly you guys are very sub standard. they even get mad. I always have a bad experience in this branch. REALLY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE, rush hour is not a reason for them because when I go there is actually not that much people.

Place is nice in general but, the staff are not friendly, they dont have small cups or straws i never came there and found what i need, and then bcuz they dbt have small cups the partially fill big cups. Really weird, one of the worst branches

I love to hang out here every time I visit Abu Dhabi. This Starbucks is close to everything and I love the staff here because they bring good vibes every time I visit. 😊😊

Worst cashier Staff in SB Hamdan. His name is Yagya. I was standing in the queue and he never asked who’s next to get the order. He was very rude also when I told him that next time he needs to asked so that it will not be happened again. 👎🏼

Nice and quit place. Good Coffe .. professional staff. In the Heart of hamdan St street but as we know sturbucks more expensive than other brands. It réserve. My caramel machiatto was around 20 aed.

This place is very dirty when we came in Saturday afternoon all tables were dirty and not even one table is clean it was not busy actually we asked the barista to clean the table she collected the staff and never wiped any of the tables. the washroom was a mess no toilet papers and dirty two people working and they are very slow.I would really appreciate if the manger take an action regarding this we are a regular Starbucks costumers and this was the worst we have been in so far.

Regular Starbucks outlets, however the location and outdoor seating area are perfect

Coffee beans are not tasty, other flavoured coffees are ok, the place is convenient and has outdoor seating

No fresh milk, no paper tissues in bathroom and the cafe had a lot of used dirty cups and plates left on the table. Wont be back.

Sunil and Than help me a lot when I am in lost world in UAE.I came to the cafe I early morning totally drunk in 5am.they told me to have a seat.I told them u are still open .they told me have a seat it doesnt matter u just relax it doesnt matter u pay or not.it touch my heart a lot.
