I ordered the Wrap Box which comes with one piece chicken... to be honest this was the foulest smelling chicken I have ever smelt in my life. I immediately smelt the stench as soon as I opened the box, I then proceeded to take the chicken apart and noticed that some parts were raw! This was an utterly horrendous experience, you could seriously give your customers food poisoning. However, the wrap itself tasted absolutely amazing. If you order Texas Chicken, the wraps will never fail you. Please look out for your chicken stock and make sure youre feeding your customers fresh chicken.

This Texas Chicken is in a converted villa next to the pink shops. It shares a space next to a Burger King so in theory you could mix a burger and chicken sandwich if family members wanted some of each. Their core menu is based around tasty chicken sandwiches and chicken tender bites. You can also get sides like fries and desserts. Their honey butter biscuits might not exactly be health food, but are super delicious. They do a good job on delivery, and also have some dine in tables with every other table socially distanced if you feel like dining in. I only do a little fast food, but I get a craving for a Texas Chicken sandwich a couple times a year and this is my go to restaurant.

The food served fresh from the friers/ oven, eventhough it took longer than other fast food places to get the food served.

The chicken is great, juicy and tender. The biscuits are REAL AMERICAN 🇺🇸 BISCUITS! I recommend a visit!

Texas Chicken Khalifa Branch is Always Disappointing me from their service to their food, but i still keep on Ordering though. And tonight it keeps me more disappointing because again the Chicken is not Really cooked and has smells. I really felt bad because im so so hungry! I think the chicken was old. Yes chilli fries has been one of wonderful meal of here and have been having it every week once. Staff(abirjit if i am not wrong has been great in remembering my order. BUT today I wanted to try chicken and I just wanted to vomit whatever i ate before. Just 0 out of 10. Need to do something on receipe or oil (NO IDEA)

Always Freshly fried chicken. Two thumbs up ! They have an offer thats only 10AED (three pieces chicken & one small french fries) very reasonable price and perfect quality. Free Wifi, Big Dining Area, Friendly staff, Washroom Facilities...etc. Perfect place to eat some fresh chickens. 👍

Worst customer service treatment. Taking orders via phone and asking you to pick it in 10 mins, then after you go there after 15 mins you discover that they didnt start making your order at all even though the branch is empty! Add to that the order is wrong and the staff is not friendly.. Last time coming to this branch!

Very much disappointment with their service, I ordered food today from Texas chicken and I clearly informed the the call center agent to send the credit machine as I don’t have cash on hand, the delivery gentleman man had no clue and he said I should pay by cash, he was polite and humble person with hat respect I borrowed cash from one of my Neighbour, however it was really embarrassing moment, please do have proper communication within your team. Please clearly understand your consumer, Thank you

We didn’t have the best experience at this branch. Firstly, the parking space is terrible and I really have no idea where to actually park. Secondly, the lady that was serving us really did not have a clue about the products nor could she take our order correctly. The food quality was really average.

Not nice. Fries had a weird taste to them. The burger was also pretty bad. Actually felt sick after eating there. Walk an extra few feet and go to the Burger King instead.

Ordered from here and this is the second time I got the order after 2 hours after calling them again and again multiple times. As it is the only option in the middle of the night who delivers in khalifa city but of you cant deliver it on time then just dont accept the orders.My home is just 5-7 minutes away from their branch and still they take 2 hours to deliver which is really unacceptable

Chicken and french fries was terribly cold !! I couldn’t even eat it!! When I was there I recognized a customer before me complaining about the same problem and wanting his food to be replaced. I also noticed that there was so so so much of ready cooked chicken just sitting behind the counters for long time waiting to be served (the shop was nearly empty at that time). It clearly shows that employees were careless, wanted to avoid any stress by having all the food ready ahead of time, and just heating it in a microwave or so when a customer orders it. These employees have to be punished as they are affecting the company’s image by serving fast food really cold! I am sure no body likes it this way!!

Nice, clean fastfood restaurant with friendly crew that provide fast service; very accessible right across Khalifa City A market. The restaurant is inside a villa type building and shares with Burger King for seating and service. A good combination.

I had asked for non-spicy chicken, but it was given to me twice in error. The manager tried to replace my meal by offering me chicken strips instead. And apologized...I returned it back to him. One time its a mistake, Two times.. makes you wonder.
