Me and my sister decided to have a chill night, and jaz night was perfect although we dont drink alcohol but the atmosphere was worm and welcoming I could stay all night eating and chatting. I would like to thank Richard, prestine, wayan for their lovely hospitality, smile and warm welcoming.

We tried the new menu and we love it! We had Soy and Maple Salmon, Periperi Octopus , Grilled SteAk - always my fave!

The food at jones is always stellar. If you’re lucky enough to be served by Richard, your experience will be stellar too. He is kind and attentive and focused.Kevin and Bella were great! They helped with recommendations for food and cocktails as well as making helpful suggestions for additional items to go with our meal.

Very poor service with disaffected staff who didnt even know what was on the menu. Waited 25 minutes for burger (wagyu). Cheese staff were good. No check of temperature on entering facility because desk not staffed.

Good restaurant with fresh nice food, we tried the steak & fresh juice and it was very good, clean place with fast nice service, they accept intertainer also.

Good place to lunch, the coffee and the desserts are delicious. It’s good place to buy tasty bread and plenty options of cheeses.

AC not working properly. Breakfast took for ever to arrive and was served cold. Overpriced for quality and portion size. Dirty toilets. Was overbooked and took them 15 more minutes to correct it. I can go on and one. Avoid it and save your time and money.

As always, the chef is brilliant at what he does. The food is always tasty and flavored, well balanced. Service is attentive and Ahmed, the most gracious host is generous with his hospitality.

The first time I visit the place but it is not the last we will visit many times in the future because it is an amazing place and we love cheese of all kinds. They have a great kids menu, we loved the delicious lunch box with cheese sandwich with pieces of fruits, vegetables and dessert, the place is very clean and sterile, the dishes are presented in an amazing way by the chefs inside the restaurant, the place is very quiet, and the music is great. We liked the meat with cheese. Especially on Thursday nights, in beautiful Abu Dhabi branches, raclette cheese is served with meat and potatoes in a wonderful way. And unlimited drinks. Amazing dining experience,For cheese lovers, you must visit this place and enjoy every moment you spend inside the restaurant, whether you are with family or friends, the service is excellent and the staff is distinguished, the dishes are wonderful, the cheese with grapes and nuts is amazing, the taste is magical, the smell of different types of cheese fills the place, Thursday night the raclette cheese is different and you will like it They are filling and many snacks with unlimited drinks made us want to go there every Thursday in Abu Dhabi. It’s been a while since I came to Jones the Grocer and I discovered it has a new menu. I like the new menu since it has a variety of dishes which I find them to be delicious. The choices and more diverse and more mainstream. Tried the tomato and avocado salad for starters and for main menu the linguini. Recommended! The problem with the old menu was that the food was a bit greasy for my taste and the cooking style was unappealing.

Great cakes and desserts. The fries are wonderful and their salmon is also excellent. But stay away from the French Press coffee - I had to ask them to make another and it was still very strange tasting.

I was in khalidiya branch I do dine in & the one who assisted me is Niwayan one of the staff there shes really hospitable, friendly, with all my query then she tour me in cheese section & I love the tete de moine as she recommended that cheese, so I order that as take away.Love the experienced & Im sure I will be back there. Highly recommended.

Everything is great in Jones the grocer except for the parking.Great selection of food, innovative and satisfying sandwiches, delicious desserts, great coffee, fresh breads, excellent selection of cheeses : this is a great venue for anytime of the day, be it a full blown breakfast , light lunch or dinner or just a simple coffee break. Portions are generous and the quality of the food and service are consistently great. You can also grab and go from the selection of foods on display. There are some interesting kitchen accessories and gadgets as well as oils , pickles and more.Basically a great venue for a relaxing and satisfying experience.

Had quick family dinner of fish and chips and it was really nicely done, and service was good.

Staff is excellent, the burger scored very low on the eating scale . Risotto was nice., though a small portion.

It was okay, less than expected for the taste of food, the price and the service.

I usually visit this restaurant at al mamoura building and i loved it however i can not say the same for one located in pearl tower. My visit was a complete disaster, it is not organized, it was cartoon box in the area of restaurant. When we called they told us something and later at restaurant was different, same happened when we ordered and when we tried to pay. It is not a relax place at all and it is not giving the same image that the rest of restsurant with this name.

We had the sliders, lentil soup, and berry smoothie...all were very good; in fact, the lentil soup was the best ever. The wait staff was attentive, but not overly so. The prices were a little high, but the quality made it worthwhile.

Australian resturant with continuous refresh to the delicious menu (seasoned menu and standard/signature menu), and Yes there are dishes that you may like will disappear after while :) ..Just for you to know, the food takes time to be served, and their staff specially in peak hours they forgot to come and ask costumes on their orders or to serve food on time , which frustrate costumers (this is only in abu dhabi Jones branches)good for single, couple, friends and families as well,

Very high standard place, every thing they have on their menu is perfectly done. Chicken Harrissa and the chicken burger are my best. Also their salads are really good.

Jones the Grocer has always had a unique presentation in food and ambience. They do have creativity coming up with new items every now and then. Being on a gluten free diet I would love if they start introducing more gluten feee options and start baking delicious gluten free bread and pastries. I had a sweet potato soap yesterday reminded me of the pumpkin soup they had earlier and some cheese tasting as well. Looking forward to more dishes and gluten free options😊😊

The worst service ever. A breakfast dish took more than 25 min and they brought me a wrong order. It was a waste of time.

Nice restaurant with well trained and kind staff and very tasty food. Currently, March 2018, there is an offer for a free kids meal if you order two items from the main course menu. There is also a mini market inside for culinary goods and also cooking and baking tools. Contemporary design and big space. Highly recommended.

Not Dempsey Hill but beyond excellent by local standards. Look for vouchers.After visiting here several more times and finding the food so consistent it is hard to not award it 5 stars. The open plan kitchen means that it is always clean. There are aspirational coffee machines and kitchen gadgets dotted all around. The take away is popular. The bread is baked befire your eyes and the staff seem to enjoy being here. There is always a pleasant atmosphere with just enough space to feel cozy not cramped. There is a beverage list with grape and malts. There are rumours of a branch in a local palace but until youve made your way up the social ladder this branch will do fine.

Place is nice and quiet. Food is a bit pricey but quality is good and options are various. On a good weather evening the outside seating is nice and lively. Location is good and has a small childrens play area right in front of it as well.

Recommend it for breakfast and a coffee also this branch is good for work and study as there’s so many sockets near the tables and kind of quiet, friendly staff

Modern trendy atmosphere, great menu on the food and drinks. Courteous service and very friendly staff. Their shop also features a lot of interesting items. Everything is a bit pricey but the overall experience is pleasant.

This branch is not up to standard when compared to other branches. The service is poor, shelves were dusty and the floor sticky.

Jones is a community staple where you can have a relatively healthy breakfast, lunch, or dinner. The added benefit of being able to have a glass of wine or beer with your meal is a benefit. Service is always good.

Good but over priced food and absolutely terrible service, you have to ask several times for water, menus, etc. Staff do not even know the menu items.

Food is great, customer service could do more improvement. I purchased a groupon and can understand why this place is not doing great. At nights the area outside the restaurant can become very rowdy with hundreds of kids playing around.

I would put 4.5 stars but no chance...food was really good no discussion but i believe that it can be excellent with just a little more effort. With the type of place and facilities you have it would be easily achievable...

Went for brunch and had tasty coffee and nice salad sandwich. Coffee was too small and compared to Starbucks across the road, Starbucks is better value.Pleasant music playing, friendly staff, good service.

The food is always excellent at Jones the Grocer - they have a fresh and interesting menu, which varies regularly. We have just had a family lunch there - the spatchcock chicken was particularly good. They has a festive menu on until the 30th December, which added to the variety on the menu. Good food and good service.

One of the vest restaurants to eat good food.

Ordered takeaway and received my sweet potato fries in a box with a side of melted plastic on top. The ketchup container was deformed since the plastic melted. I raised my concern and received another box with the exact same problem. Not so sure on food health and safety standards unless you dont mind a toxic meal.

A nice casual place to sit and have breakfast, lunch or dinner. Grape juice is available as well and goes nicely when paired with a good cheese board.

Very nice food and excellent service but dishes there are little pricey. Other than that, I have enjoyed my breakfast (al mamoura building) and lunches there (al khaldiya). Highly recommended to try.

Simply one of our favourite in Abu Dhabi, great food, a bit pricey but its worth it. Lots of choice for breakfast, same for dining, healthy food and very accurately prepared. Atmosphere very nice, very good service.

Food was great but a bit overpriced

Good food. They have a regular menu and a changing menu. Last time I was there was a Paleo inspired menu and everything was delicious. Great and friendly staff.

Great food with great taste, the reason why I didn’t give 5 stars rating us that everything is overpriced.

I’m so disappointed with what Jones did to their Caesar Salad on the new menu because it now only comes with chicken and you have to pay 72 AED even if you ask them to remove the chicken. They used to make the best Caesar that I had tasted in Abu Dhabi and now I won’t get to enjoy it anymore because I won’t pay that much for a salad which I would ask them to remove the chicken from (previously it used to be 52 AED for a plain Caesar Salad and you could ask to add chicken for an extra cost).

Food is excellent. Prices are ridiculous. 5 stars for the food 1 star for the value i just dont believe basic breakfast fare like eggs should cost this much its a straight up robbery. Some argue the ambience, ill meet them halfway at 3*s. I guess come eat here if youre loaded.
