Great experience, lovely staff, the menu is quite varied and they also serve beer and wine. Try the mountain goat beer. They sell a lot of Italian products, pasta, flour, cheese, cured meats, chocolates, etc. Food was great although I was not that thrilled about the burger. The Risotto and Broccolini were fantastic! The desserts were too sweet and too strong, but there is a good variety to choose from. 2 for 1 deal on main course available on popular apps.June-2021: had the English breakfast, it was quite nice. Back in May I also had the chicken burger, which was much better than the beef burger!

NOT many options for people who doesnt prefer SPICY FOOD.I have been having lunch at Jones since 2009 and recently menu has updated. Due to health reasons, I prefer not to eat spicy food however most of the dishes are coming spicy by default.I personally requested not to have it spicy however sauces or meat has marinated in advance with hot spices. I hope this feedback can be constructive to create more non spicy food options.Thanks

One of the best restaurants, the service is fast and the staff are respectful, the food is delicious and light on the stomach, and the prices are not overrated, only the number of witters should be increased to the size of the restaurant area to serve customers faster.

I really loved my experience here yesterday! They have great seating outside but I do admit they werent very attentive outside so we sat inside. We ordered the Rise N Salmon, and the pesto egg dish. Both were extremely delicious and served nice fresh and hot. Their ingredients are of very good quality! Their smoked salmon is one of the best in Abu Dhabi. We also ordered the french toast and it was very good however we expected the caramel to be hot nonetheless very nice!

It’s always yummy to have breakfast in Jones the Grocer with my Family. The food is tasty and the atmosphere is nice.

I suggest coming here early, so its not crowded. In winter its better to sit outside and enjoy the weather than inside where people are scrapping chairs which is super annoying.I have tried only two menu so far and it was delicious. Still have to try more of their menu to comment on food.

Nice place... I got to enjoy what I enjoy the most: a simple Steak! Which is not easy to find in UAE because most of the restaurants are Indians, Arabians, Lebanese or fast food restaurants... the quality and quantity were good and the price a little expensive for this particular item of the menu but it was worthy. I recommend it.

Service is terrible!!! Had to seat ourselves. Menus were given by someone who I made eye contact with after 4mins. After 10mins and no one took our order, despite multiple waitresses walking past. We left and were seated and served wonderfully at AL Muneera branch.

Had the english breakfast and it was excellent....the place is quite and a nice place to enjoy meals. The price may be just a bit steep as compared to other foreign food chains but that just might be me.

I like the place and food.But not the staff for the morning shifts. Twice they were so rude and dont care about customers. And their replies were seriously unprofessional in some occasions. Example, one time I came and I ordered breakfast at 11 am, the waitress said no breakfast at 12!! chef will not cook breakfast now, I told her to ask the chef she said no. Another time I came and they saw me waiting outside for a while, they didnt care to open the door and let me in or at least say we are not yet open. It was 8:30 am and they are in a meeting. What kind of customer service training they had!!

Well known restaurant and cafe in Abu Dhabi city, they have good selection of food and drinks, this place has nice seating outdoor ( practical for quick orders ) I had cinnamon, chia seeds, apple and yogurt bowl as my breakfast, my juice was orange with pineapple. This place is accessible.

The food here is great. Unfortunately, the staff are not attentive and the manager in particular was arrogant and stuck up. Suggestion - retrain your staff or send them back home.Update on our last visit there: a cockroach was crawling along the floor. When we highlighted this to the staff they didnt seem interested. Apparently cockroach seems to be a key ingredient in the food they serve there. Excellent stuff from excellent staff.

Difficult to give a chain like JonesTG 5 stars but you know they are good however a little bit over priced like Leopold of London.Never the less I had breakfast at this Jones a few days ago and had the full English breakfast, it seems to be missing the beans. The quality is good as you expect from Jones. Solid 4 stars, you know what you getting if you know what I mean

Very disappointing. I ordered a ciabatta with spicy chicken. The ciabatty was dried out and definitly not baked this morning. I did get the impression it came out the fridge. I did complain and I did get another ciabatta, but this one was also like leather. Dry and difficult to digest . The chicken fillet was overcooked and very dry. It was sliced to thick to be tasty.The coffee and service was fine, but they have to do something about their sandwiches.

It was a mixed of flavors ...but my favorite was butter and the potato...mmmmm in side try it.

This restaurant is a decent restaurant with seating available both inside and outside. It has a really good and warm feeling inside with the simple décor. The coffee was decent and I liked the fact that they had a vegetarian section on the menu.

I came here around lunch time with my husband and parents who have come over to visit us, and chose the business lunch. The food was lovely, really nice thick soup and very flavourful perfectly cooked mains. Nice selection of teas and coffees available and I was very happy they have a non dairy milk option. You can see the chefs cooking your food fresh behind the counter which is a plus. The service here is amazing, everyone is so friendly and accommodating to your needs. Would highly recommend this place for breakfast, lunch or evening meal. We have been before for breakfast and was equally as amazed.

I usually go to Muneera store but was by coincidence in Khalifa on tour. Ordered 2 açaí bowl and seems they split one portion into to cups. Cashier seems not to like her job and felt I bother her ... food though is good but will stick to Muneera

The food is not bad if done right, but be careful as they can’t handle serving more than 4 tables at a time.Last time I came here for lunch i was served raw chicken. After highlighting that, I was served over cooked chicken which was so horrible and dry. At that point I decided to settle the bill and leave as there was no point anymore.What was even more disappointing than the sub standard quality served was the manager who didn’t even care which comes to no surprise why the quality of this store is below par.

Had an issue with my order ( Moroccan sandwich but Jones The Grocer proved yourself to be one who cares for his customer and always tries to make it right even if something goes wrong in the middle and this is much appreciated !!!

Can always rely on getting excellent quality and superb tasting food. Dont expect table cloths or fancy plates. Most food comes served on wooden bread boards. The menu provides for breakfast, lunch and dinner choices. Some of the menu items have fancy names and words that might require explanation 😳 They also provides a good range of drinks not found at other places, such as organic ginger beer from New Zealand. The pricing is not on the cheap side but the food wont disappoint. The staff is also very friendly and helpful.

In the past 3 years Ive eaten here at least 30 times and Ive loved it every single time. Cant go wrong with anything I order and the menu is constantly being updated to add new, fresh dishes

This cafe has everything going for it except for the noise! Excellent food and service with a wide variety of hard to find elsewhere food items make it a delight to dine there.However, the closeness of the kitchen to the diners, metallic framing and proportional narrowness make for non stop clanging type noises.Jones the Grocer cafes do not have to prove to their customers that they are excellent in every aspect by busy noise making. They can now go to the next level and refine customers dining experience by offering a quieter space for optimal enjoyment.

Very good food quality and taste. They have cheese varieties. One of the few places having Burrata cheese. The cheese is little salty. Brie cheese is one of the best. Mostly unprocessed and organic foods.

The Place was very quiet and only 2 other tables. Food took over 30 minutes to arrive. The Salmon was over cooked ended up like a biscuit on a few pieces of lettuce for 81 AED.Children’s meal burger is a chicken slider you can imagine how small the bun is with half a piece of patty inside. You can definitely see the restaurant is trying to save costs and the prices are extremely expensive. Complained to manager about the service and food quality and portion she sent out the chef to speak to me and explain.No resolve and afterwards the manager just completely ignored the entire situation and pretended to be busy in a restaurant with only 2 tables occupied by now.

Guys, I’m mind blown by your new desserts and the photography!! Gorgeous and using Valrhona chocolate! I’m addicted to the sea bass soba too! I just wished it really did use yuzu ponzu sauce not only soy sauce. All the best!

I like it there its nice

I ate here yesterday and unfortunately the food was raw with a lot of sauce served ontop to cover the fact . I returned it to the manager and she said she will have to give it to the waiter to taste and if he doesnt agree I will be charged. The manager is extremely unprofessional and has no idea how to deal with constructive criticism. They also seem to be unable to handle more then 3 or 4 customers at once. I sat for ten minutes just waiting for a knife and fork to eat some raw food only to be told by the manager that being fussy isnt a reason to return food.

Store and seating area was clean, staff very friendly and accommodating and the food was prepared with fresh and wholesome ingredients you could taste it was quality. Will definitely recommend to anyone looking for good nutritious food.

Sumptuous food

Stopped in Abu Dhabi en route to final destination. Got a chance to step out since I had a 5 hour layover. The service left a little to be desired. The waitress was a bit slow. Took about 7-10 minutes for her to initially come to the table to greet us (it was about 9:30 pm, and there was 1 table inside, and 2 outside). Had the Wagyu burger with bacon on it. It tasted really good, but wasnt cooked to order. They dont cook it mid-rare. You can get it medium, which I asked for, but mine still came out well done. And I highly doubt that it was all Wagyu beef, but whatever. The waitress was nonexistent. We had to ask somebody else to bring our check because the waitress was nowhere to be seen.All in all, the food we ate was pretty decent but the service, not so much.

This is a fantastic little home away from home. I visited here many times during my time over there. Serves great Aussie cafe style food and good coffee.

Very nice resturant with indoor and outdoor seatings. A good place to go if you are obsessed with eating organic food. Most of what they serve is organic. My favorite is their wagyu burger.

Jones the Grocer is delicious. They are overpriced and seem to cater to a trendy crowd. I want to complain because of the price, but Im too satisfied with their excellent execution on flavor, texture and menu.It is definitely worth checking out once or twice.

Their burger with foi gras is the best reward after a long day. Also their espressos!
