Worst customer service ever… go to Rak Ceramic in Dubai probably faster, more efficient and you will not feel like you are bothering the staff…. In AD you ask a question, no one answers and they all act like they are super busy while there’s no customer in the shop, they look at you and do not even answered….
Very bad costumer service actually it’s the worst I came when no costumers was there and no one wanted to help Avery one drop you to the other one (go to that he will help) and when I sad that I’m done I will go they was like OK and they where happy BTW 🙃
RAK ceramic offers a wide variety of options for ceramics, porcelain and other household goods that are known for a great quality and value for money. However I visited this branch and was shocked of the staff who seemed to didn’t want or care or maybe just too lazy to sell their products.It is known that RAK ceramics that in Ras Al Khaima is way better in dealing with costumers with more enthusiastic approach and this is why I will deal with them. Simply don’t visit this branch or you will not be encouraged to buy anything.
