The worst customer service ever! Lack of organization and product knowledge .Also, Staffs are careless and not approachable. I DON’T recommend it.

Called up for an inquiry if they had what I needed. I suppose I called as her lunch was heating up in the microwave. She said, sir i will check if we have that in stock, please call back in 5 minutes. I call back and no answer....guess its lunch time and no body seems to take staggered lunch breaks so that someone can answer phone calls.- I have nothing against going to lunch, but dont ask me to call back knowing damn well youre not going to answer that call.I now been waiting 40 minutes to know if they have what i need in stock or not...

Abu Dhabi Customer service is sooooo bad she refuses to assist me at 4:45pm because her shift finish at 5pm even though the store close at 8pm and the other lady left the customer she was talking to when it was 5pm and when he kept calling her she just waved her hand that the company don’t pay her good salary or commission otherwise she would stay and help.👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼

Bad customer service when we asked the store clerk to help us they dismissed us and said they have lunch break without arranging for other staff to assist us

Bad dealings and lack of interest from employees towards customers. I have reviewed them more than once, but the dealings are bad from the employees. Even from the beginning when calling there is no accountability and no point of complaints .. Forbidden, God is a well-known name and a large and well-known factory, but poor management and dealing with employees has displaced customers. I have reviewed them more than once, but indifference and lack Interest even when calling someone responds, and if someone replied, he responds to you and he is annoyed with you and I tried more than once during the Corona period and the days of the ban, I contact via WhatsApp and the phone call, and I sent them pictures through the website that I consider more than wonderful, but there is one flaw that does not have a section for complaints, suggestions and follow-up Customers, evaluation, and photos were sent to them from the site and waited more than a week to find out the prices. Everybody is eager and responses to a summit in bad morals, unfortunately, from Arab and Asian nationalities. During the Corona period, sales of building materials, ceramics and sanitary materials flourished in Abu Dhabi, and I think a large part of the profits will be made to them in this aspect, although I know that Rak Ceramics depends on huge government projects and investment projects. Too bad, people have been displaced from them, unfortunately, unfortunately, and this is what we are not satisfied with in a large national company such as Ceramic Rack.

But the service of delivery and unloading of goods is one of the worst things possible ... the person even though he is a buyer and defended his money ... but he is humiliated to some extent the goods arrive and to some extent they return they send the broken ... A company with this reputation and this knowledge by people should be much better in everything ...Of course I will not deal with them ...

Very bad service and errors in calculating the delivery value, about ten times the amount. The order was delivered by a driver without workers, and the driver refused to download the goods on the site under the pretext that it was not his responsibility to download the order. ... The order arrives at 6:30 am, despite an agreement to receive it at 9:00 am !! Lack of commitment to deadlines and non-commitment to provide the required service ... You will never work with this company !!! Very very bad service ... sent the delivery early morning 6:30 however it was agreed at 9. Delivered with out workers (heavy items), the driver refused to load the items !!! d

Unfortunately, their dealings are not at the level required for a well-established company in the country1- Delay in the delivery of the goods2- No one responds to the calls, not even the mobile phone numbers, from the sales3- Some samples are so small that you will be shocked by their different color and shape than required4- I filed a complaint with all of this to the company, but after I returned to buy goods, I was forced to lack the materials, I did not find any change in their dealings or even a response to the call5- Look for an alternative, as the market is full of more diverse products, better prices and better services

For the safety, the quality of their tiles and sanitary ware is very excellent and competing internationally, but their problem in customer service policies requires a great effort to develop.

Poor staff with no skills doesnt even deserve one star,One of the worst customer service ever, how does this company have hundreds of employees that it cannot provide an adequate number in its showrooms, which is the face of the company .... so that they do not deserve one star
