I have changed my VW polo axle seal from there .The seal was genuine VW.Now it is leaking more worse than before .Even though their are charging high labour charge ,but it not all reflecting in their work..Now l need to fix this again due to their improper installation ..It will creates more financial burden.

Elvis and his crew are very friendly and willing to help though sometimes they postpone car delivery if they suspect any other problems in the car so they recheck the car and make sure it is delivered in an absolute perfect condition. They are very experienced in BMW thus you may trust their experience. I brought them my X5 couple of times in order to get the car fixed for radiator minor pipes leaks. The pipes has been replaced and checked with high pressure, and problem never came back for the past 3 years. Recently I have experienced a white smoke and an increased oil consumption which is common problem in BMW X5. After changing all engine seals, I drove for 200km and got the engine seized which caused the crankshaft to bend. Elvis and his crew took responsibility to fix the issue and took an excellent care of the car until it is fully functional with no problem at all. I believe Elvis takes the mission to fix the car as if it is his own can. My X5 now became as a brand new car.Price is slightly higher than their competitors but with trust and the special care it is worth it. I can say you pay extra for reliability. Personally, I have been loyal to this workshop because they are very experienced in BMW.

They are the best in German and luxury cars especially BMW, even comparing with Dubai known workshop, I prefer to have my cars service and maintenance in Excel only... keep it up.

Theyre professional, dint waste much time in que. There professionalism however comes at a cost. Just hooking a scanner and getting a code(diagnostic)costed 150aed. Im new in this BMW thing, so go easy on me! might as well tell me swing my move back to Toyota lol

I have used Elvis and Excel BMW Auto Workshop for my XDrive 5.0i since I arrived in Abu Dhabi 3 years ago in 2017. They have been very responsive and easy to communicate with and quick to get the car scheduled whether for service or something more specific. They have always kept their appointments and explained any needed repair/cost prior to starting. There has been full trust since the first visit which is one of the most important things for me besides the given competency. I want to thank the whole team for a great relationship now that I am leaving AD for my next assignment and for anyone who is reading this; I recommend this team to take care of your care wholeheartedly!

Friendly Team, always there to help & support. On time, they did good job , prices are good compared to market in terms of BMW services.The only one major thing that need to be improved, is the workshop it self , needs a huge renovation. If this happens it will be for sure a 5 Star BMW service center in the near future.

Excel garage is an excellent place for German car repairs . I personally went to them with my Audi Q5 for a serious case of cracked / damaged bushings with a major play in the lower arm of the front wheel with a leak in my forward suspension . John and Elvis are really good with explaining what is needed . They don’t over state the problem and provide a fix for exactly what’s needed ! The pricing is fair and parts are genuine from the company . They re very popular and hence may take slightly longer depending on clientele . But they are worth the wait . Trust is hard to find and I think I found a good garage !

So Ive been looking around Abu Dhabi for a place to service my M3 for a while and I came up upon Excel BMW and man they did a good job. I was looking to get the undertrey bellypan for my car and everywhere I looked took forever or didnt get back to me , they managed to get it next morning and installed it along with changing my oil with the OEM Castrol 10w60 and a break fluid flush. The car feels as good as new cant recommend them enough if you want dealership level quality work done on your BMW

Unprofessional when it comes to service. Technical service maybe good but not professional management level. The care is only about money not customer service. I was advised to polish my car so fine scratches will go away and color will look better. Polish faded my car color and still instead of apologizing they charged full amount of so called “polishing” and when I complained they just ignored. I have been taking my car to them for two years and blindly accepting all what they ask for but I know now that there where too many dishonesty in their work. Unfortunately not worth talking with management who doesn’t value customers.

This place was recommended to me by the previous owners of My X5. Did few repairs and all went well. They were very professional. Also reasonable when it comes to repair spare parts cost. Special Thanks to Elvis for his great customer care.

I was having a problem of power loss and poor acceleration with my BMW 316i. So I took it to Excel Workshop. Through their computer, they identified the problem within 15 min and fixed it within 30 min. Thankfully it was just a minor valve and spark plugs replacement issue. They also explained me the problem in detail and showed clearly how it got fixed. So they kept me connected which most mechanics dont do. I am very happy with their service.

I found Excel BMW Auto Workshop on google where I saw the great reviews and praises. I recently bought a 2010 7-series and I had a few things that needed to be fixed. I showed up on a Sunday, unannounced, and Elvis took the time to review/assess the problems quickly. One of the issues I had took Elvis and his team 5/10 minutes to fix, right away (Thank you!). The other problem, requiring to order a new BMW part, was scheduled a few days later at my request. When I came back as scheduled, they took care of the car immediately and fix the thing as planned.Excellent experience. Elvis and his team are quick and reliable. I think prices are reasonable and fair.I highly recommend them.

The workshop did decent work but forgot to code a part they replaced. When I got home, an error message popped up indicating that coding was needed. The workshop did the coding but then charged me again for it, even though it was them who forgot to do it in the first place. I find this kind of practice shady at best and I personally would be wary of dealing with the workshop again.

Best service hands down. Extremely friendly and trustworthy staff. Have never been overcharged. Have been going to this place exclusively for more than 2 years and cannot recommend enough. Mr Jithen John has been a great resource for everything cars. Expect honest and reliable troubleshooting. Ive sent a few friends there and they only take their cars there now.

Initially they were really good and professional but became complacent and lose their passion for customer service. Had to resend my car there few times since they did not diagnose and fix the problem properly. They told me to change parts that has nothing to do with the car problem. All my calls and whatsapp was never answered. In the end after spending so much time and money I decided to move on and accept whatever the loss and damage done.

Very good service. My engine blew and thankfully, this was the place I took my bmw Z4. My engine was replaced quickly at a reasonable price. This place has become my permanent repair shop.

Trustworthy people, their knowledge about BMW are excellent. Service charges are slighty expensive but you will get the quality. I recommend you all to service your BMW here.

This is my one and only trusted workshop for my BMW X5. The staff are very knowledgeable and fast at doing their work. The floor manager Elvis has utmost faith and respect for maintaining my vehicle. I have taken my vehicle there for numerous repairs due to previous owner failing to upkeep the vehicle. I spent thousands to get my vehicle in tip top shape and every problem was quickly and accurately diagnosed by him and his team of mechanics.Their maintenance prices and parts prices are very good. They give you clear options as to what type and manufacturer components you wish to have installed. I have had everything from suspension, engine, cooling system, air conditioning system and interior work done here. I would highly suggest someone use this repair facility for their everyday needs.

Stay away, they don’t know what they’re doing.Brought my X5 here to have a new oil level sensor fitted and to replace a shock absorber which had been “diagnosed” as being the cause of a noise from the suspension.I was immediately suspicious of the diagnosis of the shock absorber being the cause of the noise but trusted them as they are the ones seeing BMWs all day every day. To me it was the wrong type of noise to be caused by a shock.Dropped the car off in the morning to be collected that afternoon. The afternoon came and went...They had the car for 2.5 days... after chasing them repeatedly in the phone I got the call toSay it was ready and that I could collect it right away.Went to the garage, paid the money, drove out of the garage and less than 10m out the door I heard the noise from the suspension.Brought the car back and said that this wasn’t acceptable, and asked had they even driven the car after “fixing” the problem to confirm it was ok? No...Asked when they could diagnose/fix whatever the actual problem was... they’d let me know as soon as they could for me in... days passed... nothing.At this point I asked if they would remove the wrongly diagnosed part and put the original and functional shock absorber back in the car as it was not the cause of the problem, and I’d spent 1400DHS + labour... they said they’d have to ask management and would be in touch with the verdict... no call backDays later, I attended the garage in person, and was told they would remove the new shock and put the old one back in and they would need the car for a full day for the work and for the diagnosis...(Oh, and one other thing to mention is that they had a further look underneath the car during this period and said the noise may be caused by the ENGINE MOUNT, which was one of the most ridiculous things I’ve ever heard)I left and went directly to another garage... within 3 hours they had stripped the whole front left suspension out of my X5, had replaced parts on the control arm and the upper wishbone, and checked various other possible causes, and had removed the entire shock absorber/strut and checked it and refitted it... the total cost? 100DHS!!! And just 3 hours work.I found Excel to be disorganised, not able to follow up on promises, and unable to diagnose what was actually causing a problem. Because we had to look underneath my car a second time after they had worked on it I had the opportunity to inspect the work they had done, and the standard was very poor. There were wires for brake pad wear sensors and wheel speed sensors that had originally been mounted in BMW OEM rubber grommets where they were attached to the car, which Excel had simply left chafing directly against the steel brackets because they had damaged the grommets during the disassembly, and then simply left the cables rubbing the bare steel after reassembling the strut instead of re-mounting them properly.I would never bring a car here for anything other than an oil change.This job cost me more in the time I spent following up again and again and again than it would have cost to have just taken my car to an actual BMW dealer.Avoid.

Required oil and filter change and I was able to get a time immediately the next day. Shop looked very professional and the service was impeccable. Oil change (Original BMW Turbo Oil) and general service was done in less than 1 hr at very reasonable price and I will definitely come again.

Highly recommended garage for all BMW owners out there. Reasonable prices and labor charges compared to other places. You can trust them as they use all genuine bmw parts. Ask for Mr. Elvis as he is very highly knowledgeable and knows what has to be done exactly if the car is faulty. He also keeps me up to date while the car is being repaired. Elvis and his team really saved my life, I had issues with Abu Dhabi motors servicing my car and they wouldn’t touch the car until all of its service records were transferred from AGMC which took an entire week. I contacted Excel Auto Workshop and they were able to service my car and replace a few parts like a broken A/C vent as well as a door handle for an extremely reasonable price and maintained the engine and were extremely thorough with their work and they managed to get everything done in a few hours I am extremely satisfied with their work and will continue to bring my car to them because I was impressed by their knowledge and how meticulous they were with their work.

Nice staff (jithin) and they have Bmw software INSTA/INCPA used by BMW dealer. But my experience with them about work is acceptable. Went to replace coolant for my 525i 2009 but mechanic was not very professional in mixing coolant with distill water instead he used tap water and also quantity he didnt used 50/50. Second problem i had my car adoptive headlight were not align up and down so i asked them to code or program them so they move along with steering.They tried but failed and were unable to code/program it so i left without fix. They might be ok for other mechanical works im not sure also they charged me Dhs.250 for coolant replace which was quite high for just drain and refill.

I was referred to Excel Garage by a friend who is a mechanic for bmw cars.The experience was flawless. Elvis, who is the manager there, was polite, prompt with replies and kept me updated at all times.The pricing was fair and met the competitors pricing, but surely the quality of service is higher than them. I’d rather visit Excel garage and have a good service experience and even pay 50-100 dhs extra and have peace of mind and know that my car will be treated right.The diagnostic was accurate and they did not try to fool around with what was wrong with the car. I was offered choices for the spare parts ranging from OEM parts to aftermarket OEM quality parts.Car was delivered 3 hours before the promised time. Surely will come back to excel garage with my other bmw.

Having a BMW X5...Had a gear jolting and a few mechanic issues which was diagnosed. All the jobs were perfectly done by Excel Autoworkshop. Their charges were cheap when compared to other garages in ABU DHABI. Very much happy with their dealings.

I found this garage online and I went there and I can say that they were the best garage for me ! Especially for German cars. I recommend everyone to go there and try their services . Especially ask for mr. Jithin he and his team I really good and they take care of your car . Took my 550i in to have the radiator replaced and the adaptive headlights replaced. The manager sat in my car and listened, then noticed it was running rough, misfiring and notified me that he was going to check it out. When I picked up the car they had made the repairs that I requested plus fixed the problem of misfiring at no cost and my bimmers performance is absolutely perfect now. I highly recommend these mechanics.

Good workshop for BMW. They deliver on time. Prices are not too far from other expensive workshops. Never tried them for big issues.

I had interaction with Mr Jitin Jhon and Mr Elvis, both very professional and helpful in providing technical guidance. Compared to agency parts significantly cheaper, some labor charges cheaper, some at par and some slightly higher. Over all costs significantly lesser than agency. A reliable team one can depend on.

They took long time to fix it dont tel them your are refixing your car they will charge They told me were you fixed your i told them from car at german experts they charge me a labor of an expensive price communication are by far good they are slow minimum 2 days

I have been going to this shop for the past 2 years for my BMW. Always had a wonderful experience. Highly recommend this garage.

No good service. If you complain and request to refix it, you would be charged 2~3 times higher than original. They are not accountable for maintenance. But very kind to customers saying boss, boss and smiling if you have much money.

Worst customer service! Time wasting

They are professional and have the right diagnostic tools for BMW and many other cars, the staff are so friendly especially Elvis and jithin, they identify all issues clearly then give you all possible solutions, they fix anything in your car from A to Z. The work shop is good choice for the ones who want to keep their car regularly maintained because the car details with all maintainance job will be registered in their system to follow up later.

Quote me spare parts 150% more than market price with 2000 AED difference + labor charges also 125% other places i.e 400 to replace shock baloon others takes 250 and to change evaporator 3300 and others takes 1800 AED. Both bills with me to compare.
