Good service for battery change & tires. I have one comment regarding the balancing for the new tires I purchased; I had to be on top of them for balancing because they started putting the wheels back without proper balance. Overall, good service 4/5.

The service is good but insanely overpriced, fixing one tyre that has a screw coated 105 AED!I was in shock of the price and , my advice is to better drive to Mussafah and get better prices with the same service level

I can strongly recommend this place. It was difficult for me to find new tyres for my car 295/30x18 but the guys managed to find the correct size of tyres for my car. In addition they took very good care of my car. They have a nice clean waiting room with coffee machine. Excellent service. Thank you guys.

I have bought new tyres here in 2019 and 2021, the rates are good and the workmanship is commendable.

These people are losing there reputation , they change the manager recently and there work become unacceptable, this new manger at Khalifa city A , he is not suitable for any lower customer services. He gives llies over the phone but when you reach their nothing at all is as what said on the phone .Pinod is the new guy who give no respect to what he tell over the phone , he have a bad attitude too loud shouting voice . I was very happy with this company till today even I have wrote a very good rate for them for their previous services I got . But today I have surprised by this in proffessinol behavior by this new site manager , I think he is one of these people who have a power problems.I hope this company will consider my note seriously and fix this situation, at the end of the day I can got my car services any good place away from this company since am paying for that service, the only thing make me go back again and again is there previous good manager who was a high proffessinol person who make the team happy and provide good services.

The worst tyres changing experience in my whole life....does not even deserve 1 star!!First, they pulled up my car in a wrong way which caused damage to the car foot step. When I informed them about the issue, they pulled down the car without bothering themselves to put back on the old tyres which caused a harm to the metal where the tyres are fixed on. Also, they didnt do the basic job of tyres balancing after fixing the new tyres which caused the steering wheel to vibrate on high speeds. I had to take my car back to another shop to do the tyres balancing job and paid extra money. Over and above all of those issues, their prices are the highest among other tyres shops in UAE!!I will never go to that shop again no matter whatsoever!!

Bad experience. They don’t have whole variety of engine oils. I waited for one hour for my turn and when they took oil out from my car’s engine, They told me that the oil I put in my car(total quartz 5000) is not available and was recommending me some third class oil. Also their prices are double than Mussafah. Will recommend you not to waste your money by going there and change your oil from Mussafah

The service is genuine and the staff is very respectful. I took my car there for an A/C issue a few weeks ago and I was extremely pleased with the workmanship!

They dont know to change brake pads and AC didnt fill it properly and i have to pay extra for another garage to fix it...do ur self a favor and dont go to this place

I had a puncture on my way to Abu Dhabi and had to drive on very low pressure and stopped multiple times to re-pump air into the tyre until I reached this workshop. Found them on Google maps and felt really relieved when I reached their shop. I asked them to do the puncture repair but to my surprise they said they don’t offer puncture repair service as a company policy! And the reason obviously is to force you to change the tyre which I find both mean and cheap of them. I refused to change the tyre with them even though they said it required changing. Had them put the spare tyre and visited another workshop instead. Avoid.

Unprofessional and no integrity, they offer to do engine oil change for 40% more than musaffah branch, usualy my car required 4 liters of engine oil, to justify to extra charge they told me that it requires 6 liters, not recomanded!

Unprofessional way to talk with customers, rude and disrespectful to people. Overprice by 200 Dhs for one tyre than Mussafa stores. Takes long time to get your car finished.
