When i bought my mazda as 2nd hand. I had window motor issue and The mazda said if i want to get covered by warranty, i must buy the service contract. I asked why? He said customer must prove that im committed to them. Big negotiator.

Good for service provider but , very remote location

The only reason I am giving a 3 star is because it was my first service experience with Galadari for my Mazda 6 and they didnt even wash the car. How does a car gets serviced if it isnt properly washed and cleaned from both outside and inside? When I asked the person at the agency about car wash he said that they do car cleaning separately for AED150.However the customer service people are really polite and helpful. Galadari has a reputation among its customers in Abu Dhabi as I have heard before.I wish things will change before next servicing.

Cooperative staff

Water only runs from the beginning of May until the end of August. On very hot days it may be stopped without notice. A nice easy walk to get there Yongmasan station exit #2. There is also a climbing walk if you have the equipment for it.

I have posted my original review about 7 months ago, it was a 3 stars review. I am updating it with 4 star now.Seating area arrangement now looks good with new white furniture. Though I would upgrade also coffee machine with a newer one.Staff is helpful and treats you well.Restrooms are clean.Lighting within the vehicle entrance is still poor, needs to be improved.Above all, i love my Mazda 6. If you are planning to buy a new vehicle, go get a brand new Mazda, you will love the vehicle and the driving dynamics.

Theyve got slots available even if you call the previous day, which is good. Service time is commendable, however Ive had to follow up whether the car is ready.Service charges- For a well maintained car, Ive never exceeded beyond their nominal service charge for every 10k Km (Mazda, of course is a reliable car)Location- Is definitely an issue- finding taxi is difficult since the service center is secluded. Some arrangements for dropping the customer to near by taxi location could be arranged.

Location, reaching there is a bit tricky. A few direction signage would be great. Waiting area MUST be improved, boring place while you are waiting for technicians servicing your car. Separate restroom for customers needs to be provided. Staff are helpful, thought they should give you more information about the services that they are going to do.

Its okay. Not the best. Not the worst.

The staff are very good and nice, the service is provided on time and they are very cooperative.There are many areas for improvement:- make a detail of the checks vs. milage and send it to customers via email- make live camera feed of the workshop in the waiting area (transparency)- there are no much accessories, and if available then very expensive.

I put my brand new clean car for first 1000 km service and when i came to take it back i was shocked that they dropped perfume on the cabin and buttons and ruin the paint and now they won’t fix the whole thing for me .
