Nicely decorated cakes and reasonably priced but not very tasty, cake sponge is too dry.

Ordered a cake for a birthday 3 days prior to the day we needed. Confirmed again 2 days and double confirmed again a day before. 1.5 hours before the celebration was to take place got a message from them saying they had forgotten about our order and that it wasnt going to come through ! Absolutely terrible organization and unreliable service.
