We are so happy that this café re-opened after some time closed for maintenance. It has fresh daily pastries. Any selections with grilled chicken come with perfectly cooked chicken. Our kids love dining in this resto.

Why had their service deteriorated? The staff seem less enthusiastic than before? Is it a new management?? I have been visiting this place since last 7 years. The food is still great. But the service of staff in total has become poor. It seems they are not trained or managed well. Otherwise nice and cozy atmosphere. Good food and drinks.

Ive visited this place thrice because I like their cozy ambiance which is very ideal for studying, reading and zoom meetings. Covid safety precautionary measures are in place yet the staff are a bit aloof.I like their Spaghetti Bolognese served with Baguette slices, butter and Tapenade. The peach iced tea is soooo good!Their coffee is decent. I didnt like their hazelnut croissant and opera cake. I would stick to my all time favourite almond croissant next time.

Guys,Don’t try to save on reducing jams & olive paste. You’ve spent so much on upgrading the interior, whilst you could have used that money on upgrading the service.Bread 🥖 & butter 🧈 only? Really?

La Brioche makes the worlds best almond croissant 🥐 and butter croissant. One cannot miss it. They make eggs so fluffy and tasty, also their pasta arbiatta is delicious!

Best local cafe in the UAE

I usually have meetings here when Im in AD. Its a great location with lovely ambience. I also enjoy their food and love the desert selection. They have a great outdoor location upstairs as well. Only minus is the poor service. Takes ages to place an order and they sometimes they dont let you finish eating before grabbing the plate.

Good day people. I have been a customer with this branch since they have opened(more than 10 years). My family have been regulars since then. Unfortunately this place has turned into a training center for staff. The staff tends to change every month or so and its safe to say they have little to no experience in customer service. I really hope this changes. Good day people.

I have been a customer for years but ever since the previous manager Galal left the branch it has become a horrible place whether in terms of service or quality, I gave my feedback to the management many times as it takes them ages to bring food even if it was just cappuccino and croissant. And now I have decided to post a picture because it was such an embarrassment today as I was hosting a big number of guests and the message looked silly and unaligned!

I always go to this place for breakfast, I really like it.But please please please, tell ur servents to smile.One of them have been serving us for the last 2 times, and she never ever smile!

Located in the Yas Mall. They serve a nice Marocain tea and other delicious sweets. However for me the arm-chairs are not as comfortable as in the other coffee shops. Apart that service is very good. Staff is very friendly.

Nice cosy place for a quick bite or a coffee.

Very bad customer service. I ordered a sandwich and 30 minutes later they say they dont have the right ingredients. I had no time left and I had to argue with them to remove it from the bill because they insisted on substituting it. They then offered 10 percent discount on the bill but when we showed our Fazaa card they withdrew the discount.We decided to pay the bill and leave but we discovered that they did not deduct the sandwich which they didnt serve and they overcharged on other items to cover up the loss.The manager Chinmay has poor customer service.The whole management of this branch need to be changed.On the positive side, the waiters were really nice.

I usually get early breakfast here and I’m a long loyal customer of La Brioche Cafe. (This review was 2 years ago).New review: 12/7/20The service was slow and the croissant was served cold although I told them to warm it up. They took the croissant back and forgot about me. I called them after 15 minutes and the croissant was still in the oven. I also ordered cold water with the food and they also forgot about it until I reminded them again. The Latte was tasteless almost no trace of coffee in it. No more a loyal customer.
