It has been 5 years I am going to this cafe their bakery quality is just so good but I always notice unhappy staff, it is clear they have issues with motivation or maybe low salaries! A good place like this should have better vibes!

Paul has always been my favorite when it comes to coffee, and smoothies. I just love their mango smoothie and cheesecakes. They’re just a class apart. Their iced latte is just okay. I felt it could had been a little better than it was presented day. Their appetizer which is my favorite every time I visit them was also not good today. It was way too much toasted than was not required. Rest everything was good. A little disappointed by their quality for few items but rest was good. Their club sandwiches were good too. I’ll give 3.5 ⭐️ today.

Nice environment but unfortunately lower quality with same prices. Nothing reminds Paul as it used to be. The food quality and quantity was way lower- smaller. The food felt frozen and preheated. The starter was 2 slice of bread inside a paper pack with butter and olive paste. We tried bolonese and gordon blu. Not recommended...

The service is polite, the food and cakes, bakery are flawless. One of my favorite restaurants.

We went to Paul today, i really didnt like the experience here, as a personal order i a black Forest cake but it was not up to the good taste standard.The coffee was fine, no issue about it.The place is tidy and clean with great staff here helping and greeting.

Love paul’s onion soup , tasty and fresh and presented in a baguette bread bowl , cheese on top , so delicious , keep it up and sure will visit again for some lovely pastries

Paul is the perfect bakery to get all delicious & fresh breads! It’s a good place to have your breakfast! I really like their croissants as well. I have tried Flat white with almond milk which was really good! Avocado Poached eggs & the Eggs Benedict were ok nothing special! The only order that I did not like was the Breakfast bowl; I found it hard to eat, the amount of tomato sauce was too much, with potatoes on side it is really not matching at all and you will get messy eating it, feel full immediately and not satisfied.

Paul Bakery & Restaurant Al Wahda Mall. Located on the ground floor just as you enter the mall. Nice big dining area. Good size tables and chairs. Due to Quarantine takeaway orders only. I have wanted to try their Eclair. Today they had many other cakes options as well. I picked the chocolate and coffee Eclair. Staff weren’t that friendly. I stood waiting by the counter and no one acknowledged me. No greeting. They weren’t even busy. A member of staff walked pass me twice without even a nod to say “ok I know your here I’ll be with you in a minute”. When she walked passed me, I looked at her and said “Excuse me”. I just wanted to get the cake and leave. I placed my order, paid and left. Won’t be visiting this branch. Mall parking is available. Wheelchair accessible.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION!! When I arrived, the server over 10 minutes to attend me. When my food arrived, the side portion of my fries was that of a child, my side salad was missing, and my vegan burger was cold. The manager proceeded to give me a lousy excuse as to why the portion was so small and why my food was cold. When they brought me fresh food, the manager kept bothering me and asking me if everything was okay when I just wanted to be left in piece and eat. Once I did finish my food the manager kept trying to compensate me with a free pastry and drink vern though I didnt want it. After all, why would I eat their nasty food if they had already messed up my order?So instead of paying full price, I was discounted the fries; free of charge. However, I still ended up waiting 30 minutes for my check, and the managers excuse was that people ask for the check. Its apparent that the people that run this establishment have lack of training in customer service and common sense.

Unprofessional service and waitress. They need to be clients oriented and not by choosing whome they should serve better. this is all what i can say and the food is not as fresh as it should be . Very poor quality and personal aswell.

The service was slow and waiter could not understand what we want.We order omelette with all ingredients but it was plain,French toast were not good.

Disappointing experience, you would expect from a bakery restaurant that their bread is fresh and special, well I asked to change bread twice and still it was not fresh :( first time it came cold and dry second time heated in a microwave and has no taste.. I objected to the waiter but still he did not do anything!! The Avocado salad was below expectation as well, no sauce at all just the green ingredients.. not happy with the visit

Paul’s App - Order coming from Al Wahda. Waited for over one hour. Called 3 times with no answer. Called 4th time a lady tells me the driver is not there yet and that she is sorry. Then she puts me through to the manager who speaks poor English and he said my order left 10 min ago but he was not sure. Terrible service and reminds me why I stopped ordering online from Paul. Do not recommend.

Well the food is quite fine, the presentation isnt always consistent, pastries are nice but not rich in fillings , salads are great , coffee is okay.Main dishes are over priced and not that interesting.I recommend , tea , coffee, salads, dessert and pastries.Sometimes there is a negative atmosphere and the service is very low

Ive always loved to eat at PAUL, MOE branch.. today was my first time eating at al wahda mall branch and was really disappointed.. I ordered vegetable Omelette, the veggies used were frozen carrots and peas!!!!!! Who in the world wanna eat egg omelette with carrots 🤣

Their breakfast is just ordinary. Taste of both Omelet and Poached egg is poor . Very little quantity per portion. Salad was not good at all. Amount of bread was however ok. Prices are higher compared to the size of a portion.

Lovely place to have a Friday brunch or dinner. I always come here with my family and it’s definitely a go to place!

My favourite restaurant and cafe in Abu Dhabi. Great service and delicious food, cakes and bread. Staff training is taken seriously in this great institution. Strongly recommended.

Very french taste and atmosphere. The level of variety of the menu is awesome. The millefeuille is a must if you go by one of their branches.

The staff was very friendly. I had a very bad chicken. The vegetables were perfectly cooked. I did not complaint but the waiter noticed, inquired for detailed feedback and apologized. The manager came and even offered coffee and cakes. Waiter and Manager were very careful.The pastries and breads are awesome. Taking taste of France to home.Thanks

This is not really my favourite place, beacuse its very pricey and personally Im not a big fan of places located in the mall, that dont have any view. However, staff working there is really very polite and professional. Food is very interesting in the way of hiw it is served. Its very tasty as well. I love soups there. And vanila pancake is delicous. Practically everything I tried was amazing. Recommended.

Delightful establishment with wonderful staff from the Philippines. The coffee was excellent and next time I will sample the cakes. A truly remarkable story regarding the founder Paul.The cafe was founded in 1889 and the pictures around the cafe tell the story of its history....

The food was excellent, I most definitely would recommend their mille feuille with strawberries.Lesley from the staff was VERY helpful, accommodating and nice .will definitely comeback again

Really guys if you plan to eat there just come and bring time with you as you will spend one hour minimum between ordering and getting your order right from the first time( if you are lucky) and please dont forget that the waiters take their sweet sweet time ignoring your attempts to call them. I am very disappointed and will never visit that branch again.
