The place and ambiance is very comfortable and cozy. The food is luscious and enticing but the serving time it takes take for almost 1 hour waiting. I hope they will add more staff.

Lovely! The place has such a homey vibe to it and I honestly love it. The seating is very comfy too! Courteous and polite waiters. I had their Arabic platter which was so good. I really loved their honey/date syrup and tahini dip, it was a perfect match with the cheese. I wasn’t a fan of the hummus though as I felt that it was quite pasty instead of creamy. The labneh and cheese was perfect and the pita bread was fresh out of the oven! Their Moroccan mint tea was really good too! My only criticism of the place is their very slow and bad internet which made it very hard for me to work ): Please get your internet fixed!This is your to-go to place if you’re craving Arabic breakfast or brunch

The breakfast was really good, I had the full breakfast which cost around 135aed but for unlimited tea you have to pay 5 dhs !!! The food was delicious and the place is recommended.

Lovely place, its not my 1st time here, been here many times since 2017 with my family and friends. I always went here only for the atmosphere but yesterday I really felt Im in my own home, just 3 staff members were visible and all were very friendly, caring and gentle, must say very professional. Breads and tea was flowing without even asking, the breakfast was yumyumyummmyyyyyy.... hot cheesyyy mamaeesh was soooo good, Must say this place changed a lot according to my experience. Never felt giving a review but today I really want to share my experience for their best food, service and friendliness. Keep up the great work.. 👍👍

Cafe Arabia really surprised me! The moment I got in I witnessed this cool & relaxed, yet cozy & friendly atmosphere. There are plenty of books, giant teddy bears, a variety of local and world-class decorations and the cutest array of hanging lamps that remind of Istanbul’s Grand Bazaar.The food was yummy with very reasonable prices. They serve all day breakfast, except for certain items in the menu but you can get away with having a good pair of eggs.The place is currently under some renovations upstairs however it is pretty much child/baby friendly.I highly recommend it!

First of all, I’d like to begin with this place was one of my favorite breakfast and brunch spots in Abu Dhabi. They also recently changed the staff and management to a seemingly better service and quality. However that upgraded experience only lasted for a short while unfortunately. The service is average, however the quality of food has dropped significantly with the worst part being an unjustifiable subsequent increase in the prices. Therefore, I would suggest against coming here and thanks for reading.

Nice place for breakfast. Location is good and they have outdoor seating. As with most reviews yes the service is very slow. I ordered a plate of labneh and bread and it took them 15 minutes to bring it when it shou2be 5 minutes maximum. After that I ordered a pancake and cinnamon Karak Chai and both were good. The place will perfect if they improve their service.

I visited the hospital yesterday, a lady named Natali served me, she served me very well.And, to be honest, she was doing her job in a fast and orderly manner. And I was very happy that I dealt with a highly qualified female employee.

I had my breakfast there today, the breakfast platter with foul, cheese and labneh.After 2 hours I vomited my guts out and it was mainly the foul and oil. I had to go to the hospital.Obviously foul was really bad.Never again, very disappointed.

I arrived at 10:30 am and ordered a hot Mocha and a chocolate croissant.Positive: Ambience is outstanding, there are free books to read, my order tasted great and food presentation was very good.Negative: checking the size of the coffee and the food, I think its relatively costly, even though it tastes good. But my shock was that there are two floors, and each one had a different menu! You cant order breakfast on the upper floor and you cant have specialty coffee or pancakes/croissant on the ground floor!So if youre in company, make sure you order the same kind of food :S

Very friendly people but It took them too long to bring the food and it was serviced cold. The Turkish poached eggs was inedible because the poached egg was lost in all the Labneh. The American breakfast had bacon that tasted like plastic and the food was flavorless.The one star is for the decent coffee they served.

Excellent ambience, but inattentive staff. Portions are a bit small, but great quality. We ordered drinks, but they didnt arrive despite asking about them.

This place is great for getting some work done . They have two floors and the top floor is mostly used for people who want to work on their laptops or have a read. My favourite is the Rose latte however they serve all day breakfast as well and their shakshouka is to die for. Highly recommended if you are looking for a quiet and cosy spot with great service and coffee options.

I was here with a friend some two months ago, and the experience was nice. However, how we remember that day is by waiting. It took them one hour and 45 minutes to bring us two coffees and food.

Honestly, this place is a hidden gem. I found out about it from a Facebook group that says it’s a good place to host a baby shower. I decided to host my friends baby shower here, but also wanted to try out the food for iftar. The food was AMAZING! As an American coming to UAE, I honestly haven’t experienced too many good food spots. Here, I can definitely say the food was seriously delicious. It’s a lowkey spot, so it’s not very busy which is exactly how I like it. The manager is very generous and the staff is welcoming and always present. I will definitely be coming back here. I throughly enjoy their service.

I’ve been there around 11 o’clock in the morning to have my breakfast and finish my work on my laptop , once I entered the cafe it was crowded a bit so I had to go upstairs to work on my laptop because i had to join a meeting and when I asked for the breakfast menu they told me that I have to go down to have breakfast so I asked the waiter to call the supervisor and I explained to her the situation, and she kept saying that it is not allowed to have breakfast upstairs with no reason and started giving silly excuses and after that she said it is allowed to have sandwiches upstairs but (( breakfast is not allowed )) 🙃with a very rude way in talking with customersMy advice to you is to go to the cafe next door ( The One Bistro ).

This is a hidden gem of Abu Dhabi.So glad a friend brought us there for their Ramadan Iftar. The buffet wasnt huge but every dish was sumptuous. Ive tried every dish offered. Normally Id find buffet line to be overwhelming and often couldnt really enjoy the meal.The restaurant atmosphere encourages patrons to stay, buy a cuppa, sit with a friend or stay to work.

It looked book cafe where we can read books with some tea or bite at the first time. Ive been here several times and liked their paints hung on the wall and interior. Normally staffs are good, but I felt some of them dont now how to handle customers better. Apparently they are renovating upstairs now and some menu has been changed. Good foods, drinks, atmosphere. Need to care of cleaning a bit more.

It was my 3rd visit yesterday, I am in love with this place and the people working there. Their coffees also are amazing. I was welcomed so warmly by Terrance and he was very funny. He was all alone but still i saw him busy and interacting with so many people. Their supervisor Verneca came to our table and she was very lovely and friendly too. This was my second time i met her, very carimg about her customers. She asked about the coffees whether everything is OK and for that i replied... absolutely.i asked her help to make my coffee hot and she did it for me in no minutes. People must try this place and the quality of thir service.

I was so excited to try this cafe as I’ve been trying new cafes, once a week, since summertime and I was GREATLY DISAPPOINTED. Granted, only the 1st floor is open due to covid restrictions I assume, it was not a welcoming atmosphere. The staff seemed too busy to be bothered to welcome me in or even smile but that may have been that the manager was there. She was not friendly nor welcoming herself and not once did she acknowledge me. Regardless, I sat down to do some work online and not even a minute later, I was told by staff that I was disturbing customers although it was completely empty except for the manager at the table next to me! I was on a Zoom call yet the music playing was louder than I was.I ordered a cappuccino and it was terrible! It tasted like a watered-down Nescafe but their sandwich was decent.I wonder if it would’ve been different if the manager had not been there. If this is the case, that’s sad in itself. It’s a shame because the rooms are lovely but aren’t used. I guess you could do some work there as long as it’s not doing any kind of live calls online, at least not while the manager is there.

We came at 8 50 the place closed as per Google its open.I called the waiter he came to tell me sorry we cannot serve u breakfast we can offer only tea coffee and juices.Waiting 20 min under the sun to get this answer.Never again just because of the mess.

We were disappointed.Based on great reviews about the place we went to have weekend early breakfast. We were there at 8.45 am, place was closed saying opens at 9.00am. ( they should update info in google which said it is open). We waited for it to be opened, then someone open the door and said food will be available from 10.00 am.So we left, as we had a toddler who would not wait for so long.Did not manage to try anything, cant say anything about it.

This is a perfect place for some cozy surroundings and an escape with a book. Usually the service is decent and the coffee is tasty! One of my favorite cafes at Abu Dhabi. Hidden gem. Their chocolate fundant is quite tasty and coffee is nice.

Most of the items in their menu is not available at all. I asked to reduce the nutella in their pancakes before ordering the food and the lady serving the food asked me to scrape it off and to do takeaway if it is too much.

Cosy set up in quiet surroundings. Though parking is a bit confusing as there is no meter around. We had to park in the opposite direction and walk. Ordered mocha and kibbeh, both delicious!

I have been a patron of Cafe Arabia since it opened. Although thw food is always excellent, I dont visit it regularly due to the service usually being rubbish. Well I gave it a try again after not going for some time and the service was spot on. A great improvement. And the food as usual was excellent. We had breakfast and everything arrived in an organized timely fashion with nothing forgotten. Thank you Flora for the great service and Cafe Arabia for getting it right again. Great experience.

This was one of my favourite places in the city. The atmosphere was great and the setup is very nice and stylish but after so many times going I give up: the waiters are not trained, they can barely answer any questions about the menu, the service is TERRIBLY SLOW. And this is when you get your order right, which I can’t recall when was the last time I got what I order and in time (never, actually). Also what it was a good place to read a book or just chill, is now becoming noisier and louder. I can live with the bad service (the food is actually quite good), but I got tired of it altogether. Train your staff and tell them it doesn’t hurt to write down the orders from your customers! It’s not only about the decoration, good service also helps!
