New layout in yas mall. Quite warm because of the large open space in the central atrium.Good coffee as always. The barista has great talent In latte art. Draws a great likeness of ur face if he wants to. 👌

The cafe is quite lil cosy and warm place but trust me their servings are quite elegant with taste and presentation both. The dark chocolate truffle cake was so hard to resist and the cute carrot cake with tiny fondant made carrots on the top. The jumbo cookie was soft and moist and not hard but a bit spongy. Donut was fine ill say.

Very nice location at the center of Yas Mall near the fountain; delicious food and great coffee and chocolate concoctions. The staff are also polite and accommodating to the customers.

Great coffee and pastries, we ordered our coffees in to go cups and got them in mugs. I would recommend they pay more attention to important details like coffee remains in the mug and the plate.

Dear Illy caffe,I like your coffee, sweets and food. But your service is very bad and ever time I come it becomes more worse.Don’t know what to say, but hope you consider that as an issue need to solve.

How difficult is to have a “plain green tea”. The waitress could understand that JASMIN is an additional flavor and i wanted it PLAIN.

You should watch the barista when preparing your coffee, as it is made to order and the latte art was not good

Nice place, friendly staff, good seating area and great coffee. But the coffee is good just because they are using illy brand which we love. The menu is disappointing, and the desserts are expensive. They also charge for soy and almond which is ridiculous. I cannot have dairy and when I crave coffee I have to pay more for having an allergy!!!

My go to for coffee and delish desserts. Love the staff too at yas mall. They are amazing.

The best coffee in UAE by a mile. Great position in Yas Mall to sit and watch the world go bye, while having the best coffee outside of Italy.

Service was very bad.. and slow as usual.. some of the staff need to go.. they would throw the wrong menu..(lunch instead of breakfast.. even though I asked for breakfast) and and didnt come back for 12 minutes.. their service is bad and unwelcoming.

Best coffee in the world, no doubt. But thats beyond the point. I wanted to buy a classic double shot espresso cup with Illy logo. The guy brought one from the top of the coffee-making machine where they put cups they use to serve customers and told me 60 DH. I thought that was a joke and asked him if he means hell bring a new one, he said no well wrap this for you. Unbelievable. And nobody from the staff seemed to object selling a used cup in this unprofessional manner for about 20 USD. Not to mention that price for one was much higher than the set available in Illy online shop.

I am one of the people who always go through the shop, but unfortunately, after what I saw from dirt inside the kitchen, it is impossible to come back again and the misfortune at the person’s time must be more attentive to cleanliness. I hope the shop owner sees the camera in the kitchen and knows about something wrong to speak. The barista used the cola bottle to grind the fruits and the concealer was even greater.The day I asked for their names from the girl who worked in the shop, she refused to give me. The superviseer is a witness to the matter and two people speak their own language, neither English nor Arabic.
