Nice place to grab a bite to eat if you are in Raha beach. Recommend you bike over rather then drive.Menu options are good and portions are decent. Prices are a bit higher then they should be. Staff is friendly and its usually pretty quiet there.

Staff misbehaving with customer and especially with Delivery guys. They dont consider delivery boys as human. They should treat delivery guys even more well as they are doing job in this hot weather.. 👎

I love Zaatar w Zeit. Been eating there for almost a decade now maybe.. never disappoints me. Healthy options great quality and always have friendly staff that are willing to accommodate your needs. I had the chicken light and famous chicken both were very delicious.

Its great to have a little restaurant like this right in our neighborhood! Its on the corner on the walkway right by the water, and just a shirt walk from Al Muneera and Al Bandar. Plus they deliver!Si Zaatar w Zeit (which translates roughly to green spices and oil if I understand right) is a deli style restaurant built around a core of wraps and similar items. Its a tiny bit like Subway if you wanted a western mental starting point. My favorite is the Spizy Chicken wrap, so tasty. It smells absolutely wonderful inside and the food is delicious too. They have a couple of socially distanced tables indside and do a brisk delivery business too. Its common to see several delivery riders coming and going all morning and evening, so lots of people in the nearby apartments and high rises must be ordering!I really enjoy having places like this integrated into the waterfront and residential buildings, so hopefully they are leading the way for even more stores to arrive in the future. I stop by whenever Im hungry for one of their delicious wraps.

The worst restaurant ever.my order was more than an hour and half late. And it was soo hard to reach them. I kept calling to check my order and no one is answering. Definitely not going to order again and I don’t recommend it.The restaurant is very bad. I waited over an hour and a half to receive the order. It was difficult to communicate with them. I called a lot, but without any help, because no one answered the phone. I dont think Ill try the restaurant again

Worst branch in the UAE. This brunch is always empty and not busy because their food quality and taste are very bad compared to other branches. Their delivery men are not skilled they will contact you in Whatsapp only because they do not want to waste their credit for calling and they are famously known to be the worst delivery service in Abu Dhabi. They charge 7 dirhams for delivery and they claim that they deliver in 40-50 minutes however they take 2 hours even if you live 10 minutes away walking distance. They will bring you cold food.The worst branch of Zaatar and oil in the UAE. The restaurant is always empty and when the customers because of the quality of eating very bad and the taste is bad and the delivery takes more than an hour and a text even if your house is 5 minutes away and their drivers communicate only through Watsab
