This is indeed a relaxing spa, where you can go and rewind. Ive been a regular customer for the past 8 years and keep trying different spas other than nailssymphony every now and then but I always find myself coming back here.The staff is well trained and kind and never have a chit chat with their colleagues while doing nails. Which is hard to find nowadays anywhere.The manicure and pedicure services are so luxurious with reasonable prices!! The products they use are so prestige and the ladies work so well by removing dead skin and giving a relaxing quick massage & the hair section there is the only place I trust with my hair. From treatments to haircuts, nails symphony is my go to.

I have contacted them for an appointment, specified that it is not urgent. They said they r fully booked to which i asked: when is the nearest appointment. No one got back to me. After i texted them that they should not expect good reviews while handling customers in such manner, angry owner lady called me on the edge and instead of apologies and attempts to fix situation she tried to bring pathetic arguments.Thats not a good start and i really have no idea how do they run business... in any case there r plenty of other beauty salons in the Emirate to choose from.

I’ve never come such rudeness in my life. I’m inquiring on the phone about home service and the woman on the phone tells me they don’t come to my area, says okay and hangs up on me. I try to call back, no one answers or gets back to me. What kind of business sense is that? Bad. Very bad!

I just got a manicure and pedicure today and it was the worst experience! I get manicures and pedicures on a regular and go to a different place (which I will stick to next time) but I thought I would try something closer to my house this time as im very busy. That was the worst decision I ever made. First of all, the furniture is very old and clearly not renovated. It did not look very sanitary and I was not very comfortable. Second, there was no music (this might sound very basic but if I am going to a salon Id like to consider myself spoiling myself and relaxing which was not the case). There were staff singing in the background and talking to each other constantly across the room. Thirdly, I was curious about prices and so I asked the lady who was doing my nails and she was unaware of the prices. If someone were to be working at the salon on a daily, the least id except is for them to know the prices or offer me a brochure. Fourthly, the lady that was doing my nails seemed to be in a bad mood and did not seem welcoming (not impressive at all). Lastly, after I had finished my pedicure, I had to ask if they could offer me slippers and no one even offered me a bag to place my shoes in after the pedicure. This is the last time I will be visiting this salon and I DO NOT recommend anyone to visit it as there are nicer salons that offer better experiences. Again, if I wanted this kind of service, I could of done it myself at home. When I go out, I would like to have the best experience in service and that was just not it.

I was truly amazed by the professionalism and hospitality of the staff and mostly by the owner who was beyond exceptional & inspiring.Ive had the best keratin hair treatment, hair color & hair cut done with care & great products by the beautiful Sonia. My pedi-mani was perfectly done by the two sweet ladies Vivianne & Chouchou.I must say that its very rare to find the right salon where you can not only be satisfied but also professionally looked after and on top of that in a spacious & well decorated place . Therefore I strongly recommend Nails Symphony Beauty Spa to anyone who wants to feel pampered & understood to yours needs.Thank you once again for taking care of me & see you soon 💇‍♀️💆‍♀️💅👌
