I used to have their Moroccan bath service and to rate it, it would be 10 out of 10. Ate always makes sure if I am ok with the degree of heat, or if I want to steam more. She even gives me a glass of water just in case I got dehydrated. And keeps on checking me from time to time in case I can not breath due to excess heat. Kudos!Last week, I tried their hair color, and it was AWESOME! 👏👏👏 The lady would always advice on which hair color fits your face, or which hair color fits the color of your skin. I guess it is always important to seek opinion from those who knew it best! Thank u for a nice one! This experience left me with the quote “Only Desert Sun salon touches my hair.. who touches yours?” 😂😂😂

If I could put zero star I would! I went there yesterday for a haircut and I got the worst haircut in my entire life! The hairdresser was horrible, if I didnt ask for a mirror I wouldnt know what my back looks like, its unimaginable! It was not even, no fading done, it was shaved super high like half of my back hair is gone literally just shaved bald! I told the lady my hair looks bad, she said its the picture I showed her (its not even close to what I showed her) even guys wouldnt dare ask for this kind of haircut! She was so horrible she didnt even say sorry, no remorse whatsoever and said to me give it a week just wait for the hair to grow nalang you will cover it anyway (because I wear hijab) I couldnt believe the words she was saying to me! Shes unprofessional horrible person! I was so furious at her but I kept my cool I showed the lady at the reception my hair, I also asked to speak to the manager but she didnt answer, she told me undercut looks like that (I didnt even ask for undercut!) She told me not to pay but I insisted I hated that line (do you really think telling me not to pay will fix what happened? Sorry would have been more acceptable) I told her the lady who cut my hair didnt even say sorry! She asked me who was it I told her its the Filipina with green hair. Do not go to this place!

The staff are friendly, but the services very poor even my same nationality...I went their last time to make pedicure and manicure..... after all. my nail skin wounded with blood .. i really feel hurt until now, they didnt sanitize the kits before use wash only by hot water... ( THEY WILL ENTERTAIN YOU AS PER THE APPERANCE NOT BY MONEY)even less price, useless lack of hygiene.. ladies please take care or your nails skin will suffer too much.!!!!!

I had the worst makeup experience. They dont even know how to match a foundation/eyeshadow/lipstick that suits your skin tone and the dress. And they did not use proper makeup products. They used very cheap products. It costs me 150AED. But it was not worth the money at all. Total disaster!!! I looked like a ghost.The lady who blow-dried my hair did a pretty nice job. It costs me 50 AED.0 stars for the worst make-up.1 star for the blow-dry.

The staff wasn’t accommodating at all they don’t make sure all guests are comfortable. ... plus the hair I wouldn’t recommend it!

Clean salon for ladies. They do spray antibacteria upon entering the salon and check temp for covid safety which is i really appreciated. Hair color and threading they did very good work. Kudos to all of you.

Look for Myla for manicure and pedicure. She will take care of your hands and feet. I tried brow shading by Jessica and I liked the results. For waxing, Sunita is your girl.Salon is clean and careful regarding Covid.
