I have never been treated this bad in any salon before. The water for the pedicure was very cold. When I asked about it, I was told No! Its hot! This is only one example. They were very unfriendly and I felt so uncomfortable and stressed I just wanted to leave. When I calmly tried telling the manager that Im about to leave and they dont need to complete the service even though I will still pay in full, she didnt even give me a chance to speak and immediately jumped on the defense. I was really disappointed as they are near my home and I thought I was going to visit them often. I just left feeling more stressed than before I entered.

I have visited this place 3 times for waxing and the 3rd time I went there was a Philippino who treated so bad, her body language or the way she looked at me was like, She does waxing in this salon ... all though it wasnt mentioned through her looks and the way she did waxing told everything, they charge high and dont have manners to treat people with respect.I did ask her if shes comfortable to wax me, this salon doesnt have people who are professional, all though my previous visit wasnt like this.Hope you teach your staffs to respect everyone.

Had the worst experience at this salon at Al Murjan Tower. They charged me for a full set of permanent lashes for a two week fill. They wouldn’t even discuss the price. I am very upset with how I was treated. They also keep trying to up sell me on services and are rude when I decline. It is a good thing there are many other salons in the area as my friends and I will not be back. Avoid this salon if you want to pay reasonable prices and be treated with respect.

I have done dermalogica facials at all of their branches. Facial is one of the best, proper face cleaning with steam, laser, mask. Definitely recommend for Dermalogica facials. Havent done other services at the salon

I have a mixed experience at their wahda mall branch. The staff who do the job is ok, except for one, who hurt me, while doing pedicure. Giselle is the best for eyebrow threading.I give 1 star here only because of Amore who is probably the incharge here. She treats me really badly with regards to talking to me, when i try taking appointments or when making payment. Whenever i go there and make card payment, she asks for cash while the customer before me would have already paid by card and she would have accepted it.I still go there, only because of the way my threading is done.Ms. Amore really needs a good training on how all customers have to be treated equally and has to understand that no one comes there to get a free service to have so much attitude..Hair service is horrible. No doubts. They hardly have any experience in this field.

I tried the one on al Mushrif mall my experience was unpleasant .- no proper greeting- no complementary drinks- the place smelled bad- the finish of my nail polish was not clean- the place and tools are old and well used even the nail polish is very oldDefiantly not coming again

I have tried two services in Al Murjan branch. Hair Botox Keratin treatment (twice) and mani pedi several times.The brand they using for Keratin/ botox is one of the best and this is why I came back the second time for the treatment. It is a bit pricy compared to other salons located in hotels. The thing is i was not so happy with the lady who did my hair as she was over occupied with another keratin treatment client. So having two treatments at the same time was killing. It already takes hours for one client so managing two was totally not ok. The lady was in a hurry to finish us both since there were other keratin treatments after us. Next time it i book i will request to have me only otherwise will indeed leave if that situation happens.The mani pedi was ok but again pricy compared to other salons. Therefore will not go again unless I have no other choice.Last thing, the first lady who did my hair (Majida) was in Al Murjaan branch and she was rotated to another branch. When i asked about her, the receptionist refused to tell me where did she go. I would have followed her to any branch. I would understand she may refuse to tell me if she went to another salon. But that is the same salon another branch.Given it 3 stars.

The cleaning of nails is good somehow but the tools are too sharp & the lady hurt 2 hands fingers :) The other one for feet burned me with hot water :)

LITERALLY the worse hair cut of my life.Went in for a trim to remove the split ends; the lady didn’t even section my hair properly before she cut it. The scissors are so old and not sharp at all; she had to apply so much pressure to cut the hair ( you can compare it to cutting fabric with child’s scissors I am not even exaggerating) I left with more spilt ends that I came in with and my hair is so uneven now and more hair looks even unhealthier now. I am beyond furious.Not to mention that I spent more than 5 minutes telling the lady my hair was uneven and all she did was insist that it was fine.

Expensive and the services are not up to the mark.

Nail Style Spa is a typical neighborhood beauty salon offering hair, nails, and cosmetic treatments. I have been visiting them weekly for a classical blow dry; and have not used them for any special occasions. They have a loyalty program which I enjoy using and the hair technician is a lovely lady.

This beauty salon has to be the worst experience ever. Worst cut ive ever had. Plusss its an insult to charge what they did for the service recieved . I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT .

So murjan branch is good . The only thing I don’t like is additional prices for nail polishes, like it’s golden made lol . Come on , it’s just a polish (not gellish) , why do u charge extras ?? Also some technicians do nails better some ok , but they do not care that much . Most of the time I got the good one , so in general the saloon is good

Today i had the worst experience ever with your employee Amina in Delma mall .. She did shrimming for my hair with a few inches with no change of my hair style at all..she charged me with full hair cut.She might achieved her target for today but she made your spa lose a long time customer as it will definitely not come back to your spa again.!I will definitely find another spa with more professional people .I advice you to hire somebody else who can do a much better job than Amina and sure with much more dignity!

Very bad experience when I visited the mushrif mall branch with my friend for hair coloring. The staff is not at all accomodating. They dont have much knowledge about hair coloring and the rates are too high. Please dont opt this place if you are looking for a professional hairdo. The staff was unaware of the services mentioned in their own online brochure.

Yesterday,as every month, I went to make my roots color.I was really specific and I asked for the treatment of 150 aed, not the one of 225.After all my treatment I went to pay, there was actually a misunderstanding and was asked me to pay the treatment for 225, when I asked explanation the manager was impolite and even arrogant.Misunderstanding can happen, but courtesy and good behavior is a must.I will not come back ever again to this salon ( after 1 year customer) fortunately around and close there are 5 more salons :)

Worst salon i have been to,last time they charged me more to put what they called a quick dry which turned put the regular oil which is actually a part of the service I already paid for,I complained and they didn’t care following up.no recommended and lack the professionalism

Very bad ❌ Dalma Mall branch, firstly the receptionist is bad, and secondly I tried a manicure with them and discovered what she had done for me without experience. If you find it drying, we use a material that will dry it quickly and you have to pay more, and I paid, and before I get out of the salon door, try and install it, I would never recommend it 👎
