The salon is spotless and serene. The smell is also very pleasant. Madam Huzamas service is prompt, professional, and of good quality. I chose the hair treatment and hair lights with Groupon but I paid extra. Must visit to see.

The prices are reasonable, but the way they treat your skin is pathetic. I went for body wax and literally blown out for the way the lady did it (she is the owner). She constantly kept applying hot wax and it was burning and painful. I told her multiple times and she just kept telling sorry but kept doing the same thing again. Whenever we go there is less or no staff, I dont understand why cant they appoint at least one trained staff who can do services as the owner does limited services. Plus they dont have any gown to cover your body while waxing, when I asked she said to cover with tissue roll.. Like seriously!! Its been 2 days but my skin is still burning and red all over. Also, they take payment even before the service starts, never understood why as if we will run away without paying them after service. Anyways, I think they should be more gentle with their customers and treat them like humans as skin is the most sensitive part, it can get badly ruined if not handled properly.

Madam Huzama is very professional. She will give you a good advise about your current skin status. I love the result of my facial.. surely will recommend it to my friends and will be back again and again.. Keep up the good work madam!!

I wish there was a no star option. I got my lashes done here and knew something was wrong when the glue smelt so strong. Not sure what type of glue it was but it ended up taking most of mynatural lashes off. I’ve gotten extensions done before and never experienced such hair loss. Be warned to avoid this place if you love your lashes. Side note- the manager or owner (not sure what she does) has a foul attitude and lacks customer service.

My experience at Ladanza was terrible and should not be entered unless you want to be treated awfully and end up with an undesired hairstyle. The hairstylist was very rude and unprofessional. We booked already beforehand and the hairstylist let people without booking have their hair done first. The hairstylist is the only worker there so we waited half an hour and were treated terribly. I would advise people to never visit this UNPROFESSIONAL AND SHOCKINGLY RUDE center.

Worst parlor for threading, I took threading service for first time here and it was very bad experience. Their work was so bad and most weird thing was that lady giving me the pluker to take out extra hairs, if I will do that then why I went their.I wasted my money their, I was planning to go for a long package but now I m suggesting that please never go for any thing, because if then dont know how to do threading,I dont think they can do anything good.

I took waxing services from this parlour, the lady applied very hot wax on my underarms and just continued to apply the hot wax on my arm and said the wax machine is off now, again I informed her the wax is too hot its burning my skin. She seemed unbothered by my feedback. Will not be coming back to this place again.

Worst service ever

I had an appointment for a keratin treatment, parked my car and called the lady for the exact building which I never found, she said same as the cafeteria mind you there are like 50 cafeterias in the area. Called her 6 times after that and waited 40 minutes calling her and she never answer after the first called.

Worst salon, I have ever been. The ladies who does waxing and other services treat customers like non living things. Even after telling multiple times that the wax is too hot and its so pain full. They literally pour the very very hot wax on the hand and pulls it like anything. As if taking off the skin from animals.Eye brow service pathetic. I won even suggest the parlour to my enemies. I got bubbles all over the area where they did wax.Only one good thing is the owner, she is a nice lady.

This is by far the best salon Ive ever dealt with, the staff are very friendly, and most importantly the services are very good with appropriate cost. For hair keratin treatments they use good products that do not damage the hair, and they are honest with you in regards to the results. I keep coming every time, and I recommend them to all the ladies I know.keep up the good work!

Worst saloon i have ever been really unprofessional i have take group on voucher wit them for DR. Renault facial, the facial timing was complete 1 hour but that lady did it in only 40 mins in that 40 mins she gave almost 15 min only steam and 20 min for face mask she has not done any massage on face no any another cream no any cleansing properly no any scrub what kind of facial is this,is this any new method instead of relaxing i get too much irritated they have not ask any client review also after finishing their So called facial even that sponge was stink too much . never been in these kind of unprofessional saloon hygienic staff also not friendly they will not even speak with you ..waste of money time1/2 star is also not applicable to them .worst

Not recommended. The place is very very small. Most of the staff are in a bad mood. They keep talking in Tagalog between them, zero feedback to you. They do the manicure with your hand in the air, dont use a manicure table. Despite this, the manicure looked nice at the end. They do not know how to apply straightening keratin properly. After I washed it, the waves did not change at all and my hair was drier than before

Terrible service. Was told my eyelash extensions would last a month, they fell out after three days. The area was dirty and there was a random child IN the treatment room while my sister was getting hers done. They use maxfactor individual lashes and a toxic glue that literally burned my eyelashes off. My sister experienced severe burning and her eyes swelled up the size of golf balls, she began experiencing blurred vision and asked the staff if this was normal (it is very much not) and she was told it was. She had blurred vision for two days afterward went in the next day and complained, my sister got hers removed, but we did not get any sort of recompense for this

The staffs are quite good. Eyebrows threader was a pro. Receptionist was lovely. Wax lady, Linda was quite moody and almost upset. I was hesitant when she was the one supposed to the wax.But, she is actually VERY GOOD at her work. patient, calm, attentive and it hurt muchh less than other places. All in all, every girl is very good at her work, but the mood is kind of somber, upset. Management should look into what can he do to improve their spirits

Lovely owners and staff. Very pleasant and courteous and they listen to what you want. Its not usually hard to get appointments but they will easily accommodate walk ins. Check out cobone for their insane deals on most services. Totally worth the money!

Complete wreck! Had booked on groupon for waxing.. The staffs dont have customer friendly relation. The female who did my services was very blank. No reactions whatsoever. First time and it won be my last time. I couldnt locate the place cos it was in a different location as compared to what was given on Groupon. I wont refer anyone I swear. It was like I was doing a free service or something.. The staffs should be more professional and friendly.

Good place to do waxing and eyebrow , when you have Groupon coupons. Some staff are difficult to deal with. It is affordable and nice at the rate of Groupon coupon only. If you are going without a Groupon coupon then it is an average parlour as you may have more and better choices at the same rate.

The worst experience everI did manicure pedicure and i bled twice in two fingers. They cant even file nails properly and the manager was unbothered. My friend filed her own nails!!!!! I dont recommend it at all i beg you all not to go.

Worst experience ever. I called for an appointment through a groupon offer. As soon I arrived to the salon, I was told I had to wait 1 hour as everyone was busy!!!! They had let in people whose appointments start after me and I had already called confirming Ill be there in 10 minutes. Then, I called the manager and she said let me see what I can do. What she did.... NOTHING!!! Actually, she called the staff and told them I had to wait am hour and didnt even bother to call me back.. I called her saying I would never return to that salon again and her reply was: YOUR WELCOME. I have never ever been so frustrated given I was only in Abu Dhabi for that evening and had work in Dubai next day with all other salons being fully booked for the day!!! No sense of CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE whatsover. PS. I rarely every give bad reviews but that experience made my whole day go BAD!

Awful Service, I bought 2 vouchers, 1 mani-pedi and 1 lashes. Mani last all of 3 hours before it peeled off, towels were dirty and the plug hole for the pedicure bowl was blocked with a rubber glove to stop the water draining! I didnt have my lashes done as the lash lady didnt even show up. I was told shed arrived in 20 mins but i waited over 90mins with my young daughter with me. I got fed up of waiting so made a second appointment and left. There was no real apologies, terrible customer service. I didnt even attend the second appointment as I was so annoyed with the treatment when we were there. Dont waste your money going here.

They tear apart my skin all of my legs and arms while waxing they dont bother to hold the skin as well as they are like butchers oh my God ut was horriable end up with all bruises and blue marks on my arms and legs with top layer of my skin gone. I went for offer but nah i am repenting now. They even dont bother that they are getting my head hairs i tied them quickly no towel and tiasues on the bed.. i must say they are worst. All of the wax on the floor and on my slippers too. Seriously 😡😡😡😭😭😭

Terrible, my hair looked damaged/burnt after doing Keratin treatment with them and they did not seem to care, they just had an oh well, we cant do anything about it now pay up attitude! Simply put It was a cheap keratin product and the girl doing my hair did not seem to know what she was doing!

Their service was horrible and very hostile and unfriendly. I went for meni-pedi and they were too rough, took too much dead skin, the filing was so bad my nails started breaking afterwards, and on top of all that they didnt apply any lotion. In a nutshell, my hands and feet look worse than before and now Im trying to repair the damage theyve done.

The place was decent but the staff were rude. I dont recommend this place to anyone specially non Filipino. They will talk behind your back and I am Filipino and they even tried to do it to us. Eyelashes looks very fake but the mani-pedi they did a good job. All and all the atmosphere was bad.

I went there for waxing and pedicure.The staff was busy in talking to each other and they cut my finger during pedicure. They did not even have the courtesy to say sorry. Very rude staff. Not recommended!

This was my first time to the salon and the service was horrible. I have taken the groupon coupon for waxing service. The staff named joey or joelle ( not sure ) she did the waxing service and did roughly on me , also she was checking her phone and chatting while the service was going on. My both underarm is now burnt and have dark patches now. I am undergoing treatment for it. My friend also did same service and her skin is peeling off from the arm and legs. WORST SERVICE and DISAPPOINTED. This salon doesnt even deserve that one star.

The owner of this salon is terrible. I went due to a keratin treatment Groupon. When the hairdresser finished I asked the owner - a hefty blonde Arabic woman - for change for 50 aed to tip the hairdresser. She refused to give me any change saying this is my money and you owe me because your hair is longer than 16 inches. I was so shocked and disgusted. I asked her again to give me the change to tip the hairdresser with as it was the only cash I had on me. I offered to pay the 50 aed with my credit card but she refused. Ive never received such terrible customer service.
