Not professional at all, all what they think about is not losing costumers even if the costumer would wait a long time (bare in mind I called and booked an appointment) not accurate when it comes to their bookings. The receptionist was not helpful at all, she was just repeating the word (proceed inside) they’re so messy!!

I booked an appointment an hour ahead and the receptionist told me they’re available for the service I wanted, yet once i arrived she told me your name is not here your not registered we’re not available but I insisted to do it anyway because i WAS THERE ALREADY, it was obviously her fault yet she didn’t made any efforts to make it up, and fyi to make sure that I contacted the right branch i called the same number and their phone ringed in front of both of us. worst worst worst.

Don’t deserve even one star, no one practicing social distancing, very small waiting area, first come first serve policy so the place was packed and waiting time at least 30 minutes. Clients walking around inside without mask 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼 very disappointing

Worst salon in Shakbout city ! The only thing I can’t complain about is their nail technicians. They’re very unprofessional, they’re not warm at all and they dunno how to deal with customers. I’m a regular costumer at blond, and to be fair some technicians are extremely professional and their service is satisfying. The problem is with the receiption and their bad coordination with appointments. For my last visit I booked an appointment and I was so clear that I will be there on time and I will be soin in hurry so I would like to start my service as soon as I arrive. They confirmed the technician availability and confirmed the appointment. When I arrived there I was shocked that the technician has another client!! So unprofessional!!

Very expensive and low quality service. I showed the hairstylist a picture and I requested to do the same, she said she can but she spent 2 and a half hours doing my hair, and not anything like the pic I showed her. Also I had to teach her how to do it and what type of brush to use, still she couldnt do it, and they charged me 150aed !! its my first and last time going to this salon.
