My friend and I booked an appointment at the same time for wash and blow dry. The lady at the reception did not inform us that she will be unable to accommodate the both of us together instead she made my freind wait for an hour and then started with her by that time my freind and I were delayed by two hours so she was unable to leave at the same time as me. She ended up missing our dinner reservation. The staff apologies but it was too late I could have gone to another salon instead of having my freind wait for over an hour. Never again!

I like the services they’ve done to me especially moroccan bath, wax, footspa and pedicure, and eyebrows threading. The saloon is clean and very relaxing. Special mention to Myra for being nice and accommodating staff. 😊

A very good parlour that fits your budget. Love the way how the staff treats you and the way they give attention to small details. The spa rooms are neat and tidy and gives you a cozy feel when you walk in. The interiors of the parlour is awesome. An ideal place to relax while getting your service done. They also do have offers running. Try them out.

Very dainty and quaint salon with amazing staff and options available for all the women who is looking to pamper themselves. Love how they give attention to detail and ensure customer happiness. They only recommend what is best for you and not to mention very budget friendly. I always step out of here happy and with a big smile on my face.

Extremely rude owner/ manager.I had booked a manicure and was trying to decide on which nailpolish. I tried only 1 shade....and instead of politely telling me its not allowed, she rudely asked me what are you doing? Want to see, then see!! Dont try!I am never going back there !

Absolutely awful experience. I sent photos of my hair enquiring about a treatment and was quoted 650-750 depending on thickness. When I arrived, price went to 1000aed. I explained I wasnt happy that the quoted price drastically changed and the staff could not care less. They had a very bad and rude attitude and did nothing to resolve the situation. The customer service is terrible and they are misleading. Do not bother with this place, is my advice

Worst salon. asked for trimming and cut my hair in half. my package included blow dry and she didnt. also it included face mask, when I asked for it she just Gave me a mask and said I can do it myself. Will never ever go again. do u friendly staff. felt like they didnt want to work. all they were interested is in taking pictures.

You get what you pay for. Normally wait time is more go with an appointment

I love love this place , super clean and the stuff ar nice and helpful.I did 4 services, moroccan bath with Asma she was really good the Hamam is super clean and tidy. My hair was done by Fatoom I guess she is the owner , she is really good with hair.I also did manicure and pedicure .All in all it was an amazing experience I enjoyed it and I’m sure I will go back again and again .Great value for money .Thank u guys !🤗
